Any exceptions to the rule are if you already ARE staff, so people who arent 16 have a very very little chance to become staff at all.....even IF you're 16 it's pretty d*** impossible.

The 16 rule is ok. The point is to not have 12 year old kids abusing their power. I don't know why everyone wants to be a GP, I want to be one, but I heard it is a hard job, as Lycia said. I don't know if I want 200 people pming me, either dissing me or sucking up to me.

I said to myself a long time ago, short of Stefan himself ordering me to become one, I would never be a GP.
