Urgent Notice about a Playerworld Scammer
 

Somebody has been talking to me on AIM. But I didn’t know the problems this person was about to cause. This person has today been massing messages about selling ownership of ‘Soakath’ if you give him some money.

First of all let me start off by saying, transactions such as this should no take place. I do not fully know about the change of ownership, but I’m sure money will never be involved.

Secondly, this person (waiting on a nick/account) has nothing to do with this PW, the managers and co-managers are listed at the bottom, and the payer is the manager, so the person massing these messages is a scammer.

Please note that you should not send money to anyone for ownership of a Graalonline playerworld. I honestly doubt anyone would be foolish enough to pay for such a thing, when so many people such as NovaNET are offering free playworld hosting, but if you have, please cancel your transaction.

I normally wouldn’t post it, but it seems this person has been talking to many people about buying his non-existing playerworld, so its only fair to warn you of this person. Be careful if he contacts you, but do not contact him. This person has also tried to sell the rights to ‘Ghatas’ which is not online, and nobody should except this offer.

While we're on this subject, Snakeandy (account: Snakeandy7) has been mass messaging on Graal Kingdoms talking about how he will give co-management to whoever can pay for his server "eXodia." Here's the exact message, from my Graal PMs folder:

Shcatten Dunkel is his graal nickname, or Schatten.. Anyways, he asked me several times for a GFX job.. And he can't even make gfx, lol. He also asked for level 4 rc.. hmm..

okay what are you talking about accoutn sharing? mistermicro used my other account on RC only (which is this account) until his account cleared which it has now done. Joker (warp2ukew) is the one who is trying to sell the server, he is trying to cause trouble for i have fired him. I am the owner of Soakath. I am Jerzex, and it is by no means for sale.

All I see there is: "mistermicro used my other account" Which is against the rules, no matter what the explanation.

It took a total of two posts from me and one from Koni for you to figure that out. Congratulations. You are correct. Sharing accounts is usually an insta-ban.

well i realized what you were saying, but if unixmad or stefan are willing to refund my 40$ you can ban it all you want, otherwise i dont want it banned

That's tragic, Jman9912. You should of updated yourself on the rules or not of paid 40 bucks. No refunds (unless your name is Lycia)

Anyways, his account has no reason to be banned. Account sharing is classified as 2 or more people using the same account. I OWN an account that I paid for out of my own pocket, that I gave to a brother of a friend of mine, and he uses it. I have not been on that account, but I own it. Is THAT considered account sharing? I think not. As long as Jman AND Mistamicro didn't both use it subsequently, then who really cares? And it seems as though it is done and over with, so it would just be stupid to ban.

If the account was not upgraded specifically for that person's use then yes, it is. Try reading the license agreement sometime :rolleyes:

I am pretty sure that Jman is no longer account sharing, so the owner needs to change his password. I would have banned but I know the guy using it (Mista Micro) got a new account so is no longer using it. I know it's against the rules but I caught him after he stopped sharing.

i just read the account faq in that link. however, i am not going against it, but i HIGHLY believe that account sharing should be up to us. stefan and unixmad go their money, i think it should be our choice whoever goes on the account. I have never heard of another game who does this. I think this is just money hungry (no offense to unix or lyndzey or anyone) but please reconsider your rule. if this rule is still there by the time my account runs out, i probably will not be upgrading. I find it a ripoff when i pay for something that can be taken away just because i want to let my friend check out a game. its like renting the account. 40$ is too muhc to be "renting".

Try every major online RPG. You're not paying for a physical thing, to be shared amongst friends. You're paying for the personalright to use the GraalOnline services.
