New set of weapons
 

Maybe 2k2 would benefit from fencing. with that style you'd get a foil, epee, and saber (look em up) Maybe MAYBEMAYBE they could be restricted to the lighter classes. (or maybe thief in general) The style of fighting would be quick.. most of the damage would be done in thrusts.. I'd like to see sword fighting be less of a meathack fest. Nobody even USES the dumb jumpy slashy move. at least the old block looked cool.

I personally feel we need a hammer that players can make =/
I've always wanted a hammer since Paladins used hammers, but they're rare event items.

where the hell did you see paladins use hammers ?! paladins use bastard swords, great swords, long swords and other weapons of that sort. the reason hammers are not craftable is because its an uncommon weapon to use and the craftable version would be inefficient

Also, too many newbs would have them unless you needed something that is rare to make them that people with like over level 10 could get.. Anyways, I like the hammers but I wouldnt wanna see everyone with them, I think its good that they are event weapons..

Play Warcraft 3...any and every Paladin there uses a hammer...
Also, Diablo 2 has the same factor, hammers have Paladin upgrades.

Paladin's used swords, yes, but they also used hammers.

And I know of somebody else who wants a hammer made for the exact same reason.

I use that super pretty flashy jumpy thingy majig attack.

War Craft and Diablo dont know their Paladins then :O

real life paladins (knights in the middle ages) used long swords smarty...AND PALADIN ISNT EVEN A CLASS XD!!!!!

Paladinish weapons: Maces, Morning Stars (Spiked maces), Flails (Morning Stars), Long swords, Bastard Swords, Great swords... should I go on?

Light Weapons: Rapier, Main Gauche(sp?), Gladius, Tanto, Knuckle Dusters, Katar, Stilleto... keep going?
