Warning of Symbonia and Faldur.
 

Well, it seems like Symbonia is a bad person, and a very very bad manager.

We used to be friends.. i think.. dunno what he thought about it, i asked him for help on my website, it was for adiarde, he know i were making the PW.. i helped him with some tiles which he prolly don't use.

One day i asked if i could test my scripts online, and he said ok.. he gave me lvl3 rc+nc + all folder rights RW.. i said, he must trust me, so i trust him.. as we were "friends"...

Then i work hard on my script, and i took alot.. and i mean it, alot of kaimetsus time asking for help, and Kai, i'm sorry if i took your time, i didn't know this would happen...

Anyways, i asked Kai for help, perhaps everyday i saw him on in a week or so, and finally i got the script fully working for everyone..

It was like 2 AM so i said the staff can test it too, so i let it be there, and i get on again, and my RC is gone.. i'm like "oh well, hope they got my NPC"
So i talk to symbonia, and he said "She's gone" and starts threating me that he will sue me if i show his tiles, that he claims he owns, when he told me he had them uploaded in a PW...

By the way, the tiles are pretty good, if anyone want to see them, IM me on AIM at TyrialAdiarde

This is just a warning, don't ever trust Symbonia...

Thats a shame, Symb should give it back. I could try an ask him, but ill get this ''graal owns it'' / ''He made it on my PW that I payed for'' BS.

He knew it took me alot of work, and he just deleted it, without a damn warning, now he laughat me and threat me..

Don't know, don't care.. since the GFX aren't his.. they look like 100% SoM copy, and i won't post them here for copyright laws, contact me on AIM if you would like to see them.

lol no. Im sure he didnt sign an agreement. And the images arent copyrighted. Besides if they were copyrighted, it doesnt matter, as he isnt using them.

He can't sue you. Post them here and get your credit.

I just got done talking to Symbonia and he said that he never said anything about sueing tyrial for he can't even afford a lawyer and that the tiles aren't a complete copy of SoM, they are just in the same style.

Tyrials RC was removed because he flooded the RC chat 3 times when that is against the rules and he was asked not to.

He also said if you go to www.faldurplayerworld.com and go to the screenshot section there is a screen of the tiles he is talking about, he put those on the site so tyrial wouldn't get credit for showing off those tiles because sybomia already was.

Too bad.

I've known Symbonia ever since old old Bravo. He's not a bad person.

Those tiles are dead Secret of Mana and Seiken Densetsu 3 rips >.o

I lived and breathed those games, I should know...

I thought the same untill now =/

I showed my brother and sister the screenshot because they've played those games too, just like you, and they agree..

Well, Tyrial isn't known for his originality now is he?
