I want to know whats going on!!


I just got a black helmet today and people started to pm me "The black armor set is getting deleted..you were scammed"

Please could tseng,stefan,james,or jage please reply? I want to know if this is true.. I don't want to lose the helmet I just traded my best stuff for =(

If you mean that evil armour that the "Battle Mode" NPC used to wear awhile back..

I doubt it's being deleted, if they did we'd rebel and burn their houses with flaming marshmellows.

The rumor of deletion is started by Kenshin, Inuyasha, and his friend, they got scammed for that gear and are peeved so they are trying to scare people into trading it back to them
i have asked stefan, tseng, and james, shobre asked people in the debug, they all said no, its just another scam only this time the tool in the scam is fear, if you are afraid of inuyasha or kenshin i really do pity you, it is all just rumors and basically everyone who would be the ones to delete it or choose it to said it will not be deleted, ignore kenshin and inuyasha, their friends, and those that believe them. It's just another scam.

Is that the helmet this demon guy on CP island is wearing? And... pkay... I think I will be beaten for this... but what are it's stats?

And now I am utterly pissed off. They aren't that good, infact, the black armor is rather sucky, it just weighs a lot and doesn't have the +'s berwean has.

I AM ANGRY NOW BECAUSE... excal forced jagen into deleting them when I HAD THEM, and I WANT THEM BACK. GRRRRRRR!

They will not be deleted and I will see what I can do Zero.

Wow, I'm first on a list that contains Stefan in it. I feel special. :)

As far as I know, it is not being removed; Stefan has not mentioned it at all. What Zero said was true; previously Excal did convince Jagen to confiscate and destroy his black armor, because it was supposed to not exist, or something.

I'm not certain where Inuyasha, or kenshin, or whoever, got his set, though?

Regardless of that, I ask one question:

If something was going to be deleted: why would they tell you that you got scammed, that it'll be deleted, and that they want it back? It makes you wonder, if it's going to be deleted, why would they want it? ;)

Did you actually earn that armour? Because as I remember it was a gift to you .. now if you won it in an event, then by all means I think you should get it back. .. but if it was a gift from someone who shouldn't have given it to you in the first place, then .. I think that you really shouldn't get it back. That's my two cents ..

The only way to avoid getting scammed is with Logic demonstraited at the end of Tsengs post, I meen...

Trade table: They use a skill I'd REALLY like to know about to only put the image of the weapon on the table, right click it, it says nothing? Don't accept.

Dropping things: If you really must drop things, be alone, no acceptions. I've seen wall walkers jump in and nab things from people who thought they were safe O.o you're never truely safe, so for Gods sake use the trading table x.x

I say these like it's some sort of rare advice... Trust really isn't something you can give out freely anymore :|

Big deal is scammers can only scam you if you allow them to, knowingly or not. Research the price of the item before you buy/sell it, or know how much you want it, and how much you're willing to spend.
I once made a deal by trading something I didn't care for, for something I did, everybody went "Oh you got SO scammed!" but I'd say the Enchant Armor was well worth the gov+3 desert bow O.o ooo, powerful. I also got a quiver and 1200 arrows, of which I get endless use out of!

Er, final note; Black armor is powerful, it's Armor value meens you litterally resist physicle damage 50%! and this is provided you wear IT and NOTHING ELSE! I once got my armor up to 34, lag failed to kill me several times cause the t-rex juuuust couldn't do enough damage to me. MUAHAHAHA! (Armor = damage you don't take, Armor Class = Evade Rate)

what that one guy said is right, dont ***** about being scammed because it only happens when you allow yourself to be tricked.

Well there is that way.. and the worst way.. =| your friends.. inuyasha recently scammed my friend argosax.. they were friends he asked him if he can use his diamond force for a pic.. =/ guess what.. he got it and left argosax That is mest up.. =|

I mean.. you basically lose all your friends and have no one to talk to would you like to be friends with someone who will take your items? I think not.. so everybody don't trust kenshin and or inuyasha =/ .. Kenshin scammed my friend sliq and they were good friends... wtf is up with that!? Just be careful now..:\

Shouldn't have gave it to me, Thats okay, But why the heck are other people allowed to run around with it? Its almost as if excal singled me out. Yay.
