Remember 2001
 

Perhaps the second, or third 2001. I'm not sure because I'm not that old. when Aftershock was a Field Commander, Kamuii was the King, Ghost Pirate sailed around the world every day, Bomys were hunted down and slaughtered (And then were fixed and pwned eveyrone) and Karakaze ran around and stole our shoes.
I never was around for Elven and Celts and real old stuff, but I liked back when I started. When you'd go to the Slums for the first time and the light FX would be all wonky and kill you and then a war would break out and nothing much would happen.
And then when I wanted to make a bomy kingdom, and it actually sorta happened, then zormite got it or something, and Googi was a princess :P
And of course the dreaded Ackbar when dustari got owned by ladders and then the server died.

I remember joining the Bomy Gang when SSmutz was the leader, and the fact it was extremely hard not to jump off the ledge when trying to get the bomy spinning NPC.

It just got wrecked by people trying to make fancy systems, which nobody really liked.

Yeah that was the jolly olde shoe stealing times! *sigh* :)
I rember how bad Dustari members was Rping :P
It all started out when me and Brad, dressed up like merchants from the desert, we had the plan to get inside Dustari and poison all tere foods! MUAHAH!
But the gaurds right-clicked Brad, saw his Account name, said, "Hello Brad" opened the gates and screwed us ._.

Elven and Celts weren't old. :( Either are the slums or anything. You joined just as 2001 was getting bad. :(!

Yes. The real fun was when there were only four kingdoms. Those half-assed "kingdoms" like the Celts were just dumb.

I remember joining Karakaze when Nightlord and Merlin were in it. ;o Merlin turned into a *****, though.

Well neo, whatever. This is about a certain time in 2001. Not with celts or if they aren't a kingdom or whatever.

I have played Graal2001 since Nov 2001. I don't even know why I like it anymore, but it has spoiled my playing any other server because everytime I try another server I compare it to how fun Graal2001 once was.

Geez, I sure hope Tseng doesn't screw this one up :( .

I forgot I went through many accounts, all of them I shared. I did use Icekiller_Bomy at one point :o

I started playing 2k1 about April 1st, 2001. I was like "Whoa! Look at that skipping rope thing! It is so kewl!"
Keep in mind, that I had been playing for about a year and half to two years beforehand as well, so this was totally cool to me. ;)

Lol, I remember when I started, probably around October of '01.

I juss remember mining a lot, and renting a house from Ice Pick :p

Oh yea, and staying up till like 3 a.m. on like the day after christmas (or whatever day it was) while people pmed out links to what were supposed to be Graal 2002! Lol, such big hype that night.

I remember having over 15,000 Gralat, and alsmot every hat, and had a bomy pet...

Yep. My account was registered within the first 400 accounts (early June), but there's maybe five or six people within the first 400 accounts still playing on their account. :S

yeah, i miss the olde gang :( Almost every one that play graal now is a ***** (note: not VIP nor Gold members :P)

Well, I find it funny that I'm one of those few. Graal is one of the only games that has ever stuck to me. I just find it fun. :)
The only drag, is that this isn't my first account. I could always use my first account, but I'd need the e-mail changed, and I don't have the receipt from a 2001 e-mail.

Yup, nothing will ever be able to replace the people that made 2001. That includes complainers, hackers, idiots, *****s, etc. They made Graal2001 an interesting place to play.

This account was first upgraded on September 2001, my old account (abcd9876) was upgraded on March 2001 (registered to the forums with it a few months later).

Those who were around then, mostly. Of course, anyone new has little to no clue what we're talking about.

I just rememberd a fun time. When the draisine and railroad NPCs were released. Hahaha, that was havoc.

Yes VIP and Gold members. That is the ones that just upgraded for Graal Kingdoms ;) they are classic ****ies

And you don't have to have experience playing during those times to appreciate it either. I didn't start playing G2k1 untill late summer of 2001 I believe. Things were still fun for a while. I left before the changes and when G2k1 turned not-so fun (new bodies, HP system,etc). So when I came back, I was scared and wondering why my body looked bugged. :(
