Well, if anybody has checked, you will see that Celestia Reborn now has all of my levels online.

I personally didn't think Stefan would do such a thing, but i guess i was wrong :\

Now i know how far $100 goes...

I'm telling you... you have every right to sue. Just go through the list as I suggested.

Go to the manager and ask him/her to take the levels down.
If he/she doesn't do so
Go to Stefan/Unixmad and ask them to take down the server
If they dont do so
Go to Cyberjourners and ask them to deal with the resolve
If they dont do so
Sue all parties.

If I paint a masterpeice and a musem steals it from me and says they have every right to use it. Then I'd sue them. It's the same way here.

Dont think it's just $20 or what ever. You can sue for Time, Lawyer, Transportation, etc.

Plagurism is a thing which you can sue for.

Dude, ****. I am tired of hearing all your stupid court crap. Just because you have a lawyer in your family doesn't mean you can go around sueing anyone you want. Besides, I'm not even going to respond to this untill you read the Rules of Conduct and the User Agreement because if you read these I know you won't respond argueing.

You can't sue because you don't own the property.

Stefan made the right choice, people have come on and been very happy that Celestia is back, now hopefully others will bring back old levels that people enjoyed.

Well, he certainly doesn't have a court case, but Stefan should have respected his request. It's not exactly fair, but oh well...what can you do? On the other hand, he could be happy that his work is once again online. But since he is the creator of said work, it's not fair that anyone who asks can have it. What's funny is when similar things happened with a few stolen graphics (which were also put online before) n'stuff, the thieves were pressured to take them off their server. Now a WHOLE WORLD was taken and put online, yet Stefan approves of it and was the one who gave it away. I think that's a bit ****ed up.

I'm kinda pist at Stanrar because he fired me for no reason at all, then he said "omfg u didnt pass the idiot test". Then he disabled my account because golbez quit...yea thats real mature of them :-\

I’m disappointed level sets are being given out. If I paid for a server called ‘’Elven Lands’’ I would get the level set. While it may have been agreed, it’s a shame it’s being freelanced around, without the creator knowing it.

lmao, i think it is funny about how people are talking about sueing:Zurkiba. When you sign up for the playerworld, and/or submit levels for your playerworld, they no longer are yours, they are stefans. To avoid things like this, and people going off the deep end and talking about sueing for level usage. That is fricken rediculous. This is a damned game. What Stanrar did was rude, and shows he can't make his own playerworld, just steal someone elses.

Yes, the easiest solution, is for nobody to play his server, therefore, it will constantly be at the bottom of the list, and he will have wasted 100 dollars. :)

Some of the "payerworlds" are stealing left and right but nothing is done about them... :o

I wasn't trying to insult the PWA - if you looked, spark was also against this "Celestia Reborn" thing, but because Stefan gave them my levels, it probably isn't a good idea for him to delete them all because they are stolen..

But I think the PWA are doing their job to the best of their ability given the circumstances. Basically, money=no rules it seems for the moment. I think I saw a "Kamehahmeha" or however you spell it NPC on some server.

Nah, a server you bought can proberly get "banned" just like a VIP or gold account ;) Look at it like website hosting, just because you pay, there is still some rules to follow, just like driving! It's something you may do, but not some thing you have to. If you get my point :P

And yes, if I ask for a removal, most times I get an okay and its done fine, but others its either:

''We have paid''
''Its GraalOnlines'' - Which it is, but it just gets the creators angry.

But the problem is, in earlier posts it was made to appear that these new PW's would not have to follow ANY rules, and no rules were set up...now the PWA are having to scramble to make some rules because of the corrupt idiocy that is going on now, when it should have been done BEFORE this hosting thing started. From what I have seen, the only reason some of these PW owners bought servers was to abuse the players with their itty bitty power, but hey, they will lose in the long run, and stefan/unixmad will laugh as they pocket the money from these PW owners short lived itty bitty power...I guess their are a few people out there who like to throw their money away

Yes, but Stefan/Unixmad will lose in the short run if pornography or copyrighted materials start popping up on servers and they get sued.
