Well im here to tell you about the server im making name Irallia. Thanks to a good friend (corupt) I now have a lot of the server, tileset, images, etc.....Just for some teasers ill show you a couple images (might not be the best we have but I had to choose so little from so many). With all this we already have we still need more!!!

-I am hiring 4 graphics makers
Tryout: Send me 2-3 graal graphics that you have made
(does NOT include heads, swords, shields, or anything recolored)

-Hiring 3 Level Makers
Tryout: Send me 10 levels (all linked together and properly) with 5 of them outside and 5 of them inside (doesnt matter scenary)
**MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH A DIFFERENT TILESET THAN DEFAULT

-Hiring 2-4 Gani Makers
Tryout:Send me some of your work, I dont have much experience in this field so 1-3 examples will be fine.

-Hiring 3 Scripters
Tryout: Send me 3-4 of your best NPCs, show me that you can work with a variety of commands.

Meh. I don't find anything real interesting here. The map looks bland just like the tileset. All that it appears was done was run part of it through some filters. The shapes of things like the grass edges are the same as pics1.png as well as the grass to dirt transition. The tree is also very flat looking.

Please, please, please put more effort into this. Summoning monsters is kind of over-killed. I plan already to have summons as part of the Beastmaster JobClass (replaces Blue Mage) but that will work in a rather interesting way ;)

Also, those summoned characters...they're not very original :p
This sort of playerworld would've probably been good back a couple years ago. Things have progressed (or maybe regressed?) since then.

You will NEVER beat Bullfrog (to be exact: Peter Moline (Might have wrong spelling)) at spell casting/creature summoning... BULLFROG FOR LIFE... too bad they fell apart =(

I never said I would beat anything in particular. All I said is that my ideas and plans are far different ;)

What happend to that "game" you were making? You know, the one where you used me server name "Natsuko" and "tried" to use my tileset? :o

well instead of accusing me of stealing your tileset (madwolf) if you let me send you the beta program instead of a SS you would know the beta is real.

I understand where you are coming from. We have a lot more work to do I was just posting some stuff for opinions...The forest snake will be redone, as well as the other 2 summons. More summons will come and the tileset will be worked on. My staff and I have a lot of good ideas on how the server will be made. There are plenty more graphics for Irallia and plenty more in the making.

Just buy a server, please, so Graal will get more monies to support cool PWs like Oasis or Shifting Ages and Hartland and Archaic and Tribulation and Graal 2001(Sorry if spelling is wrong, it's hard to remember all PWs spelling, or to type properly) :cool:

You keep saying that Hartland is going to be great Androk, but I have yet to see even one screenshot that is impressive. Just remember, hype kills.

Erm it is going to be impressive, but not in sense that you might think of impressive. Anyway just wait and see =) *doesn't want to reveal secrets... people lurking in shadows and all*

I'm just saying don't hype it up. I can think of way to many servers that have been hyped up so much that the creators couldn't live up to the hype so they just quit.

I guess you are right, hype does kill. But there is close to no hype about Hartland x.X We don't advertise much or anything. Anyway back to the point of the thread :)

Damn right they need to be better. :p Nothing, so far, is very original looking. Again, this is the kind of playerworld that was probably good back a couple years ago. Its time to move on and move up!

From the way you seem to like stealing graphics, and the way all of your images looked, I highly doubt it. Anyway, I hope it does turn around from what I think it will because we don't need another bad playerworld up.

And yes, i think we have plenty of bad servers as it is.

How you became Administrator on Bravo is beyond me, and how do you expect to manage a server well if;
1)You a running "irallia"
2)You're an admin on Bravo
3)You also a run a game thats not finished.

Im simply starting a server for the fun of making a server!!!!MadWolf you know NOTHING about my game and NOTHING of where I am and if its a STOPPING POINT or not. I thank GYoshi for at least telling me to step it up instead of saying either "YOU STEAL YER GFX DOOD" or "YER RUNNING A ***ME YOU CANT MAKE A PW"...guess what, I can run a playerworld and I don't steal graphics. If my friends still played graal they could tell you that. I simply posted to find staff, and imput on how to improve the images or something. I have a VERY talented staff that is prepared to do WHATEVER it takes to make a good playerworld. How about before flaming me you actually wait til it gets up and PLAY it?

BTW MadWolf dont talk about my game, if you want to take me off ignore, i should be on there in the first place (dont reply to this, this thread is about a PW)

So really Corupt made a lot of stuff for Beyond Legend, and then you took it and now making 'Iralia' with it? All I see in those screenshots are Corupt's work on Beyond Legend.
I even was a gani maker for him before he stopped working on it.

yeah since he is woroking on a online game and doesnt play graal 2 much nemore he gave it to me...now I am taking what he gave me and making it better

Whatever. Doesn't show much promise, you just took some stuff Corupt made, threw it into a nice presentation and said "LOL IZ LEET SEE:"

Here is what I don't understand. And when I say this I am referring to Tribulation. People take a few cheesy GFX and automatically infer that the whole server is going to be some "masterpiece". Many servers could have just as easily made some GFX to put as their start level and disable any temorary gameplay.

What you dont know about is infact the gameplay design. I suggest you shutup, and get your facts next time.

Maybe if they had some decent graphics people. But instead most of them put up poorly made levels which shows poor skills in level making and will reflect on the whole server. We don't let people play on actual levels because we dont want them there. The intro screen is just to give people a small sample of work so they have an idea of what to expect. I'm sorry if you feel they're cheesy but it just shows poor judgment on your part. As for information we've released plenty of information on the server with game play and how various things will be done. But why am I wasting my time you obviously feel piss poor levels is much better than showing quality graphics and scripting.
If you're so sure the server is going to be cheesy then please dont log on when its released. :) We would hate to waste your time and all. However if you do then you can apologize at that time.

Please keep your inferences to yourself. No where did I say the server was going to be cheesy I was simply stating the fact that this is done and people seem to be mezmorized by this. I was in no way saying that the server itself was going to be bad, I have no idea what your server is going to even look like. Maybe this is an attempt to hide "piss poor levels"? Either way I was simply making an observation.

You're the one who called the graphics cheesy and if those graphics are cheesy then you're implying the rest will be too. Obviously if you would use your brain you would realize we're not letting players on any levels because we're not giving them access to any tilesets for the server until its ready and any one that knows me knows I would never allow piss poor levels to be on my server.
Now had you bothered to read the thread made on the server you might realize the reason why some people are looking forward to it. Features would be the main reason. Where as the intro level just goes to show we have the skills necessary to put it beyond just talk.

How would I be implying the rest will be also? I was simply referring to the current one. What you are saying is absurd. Lets say konidias posted a graphic you were not very fond of, and you posted accordingly. Would that mean that you thought all of his GFX were horrible? (just for refernce I only use konidias because he makes very nice GFX)

I swear to god I saw a playerworld map identical to that (without the custom tileset) on ShadowKnight's Graal Forum like 5 months ago.. ugh.. im trying to remember the dudes name who owned it..
