Hartland is hiring scripters.

Hello.

We are hiring scripters to help Twusk with NPCs. Now I would like to first say that NPCs are rather complex and involve alot of different "flags" properties and what not. We also must trust the person we get hired so the following are the Reqs/Conditions.

- You must submit 3 NPCs (1 being some kind of Menu whatchimagigy, 1 being a creature and last one being whatever)
- You must get 5 referees (2 of them being well known scripters), provide us with a way to contact them.
- You must give it your best, and work quickly. Obviusly if you have some events happening in your Life, projects will be supsended or thrown upon some other people (Me/Twusk).
- You must be a team worker.

Sound's like you're on the road to burn outs.

3-4 hours every day?

Rather than burning staff members out you might consider setting dates that certain projects should be completed by. (at least at certain stages for that project.) Then let them work on it in a relaxed time. Because if you make people work 3-4 hours a day every day I guarantee in a couple of months they're going to break down and quit.

It is relaxed, but they are thought to work on multiple projects at a time, once they get stuck on one they can go on to another. And also all Staff participate in ideas playing etc + I need to cross with them, so that's why 3-4 hours x.X The actual work is around 1-1.5, while the rest is just small things, playing, talking, idling =P.

But yeah true enough 3-4 hours will burn people out x.X I'll fix it.
