Chaos Faction!
 

My server I am creating.
Chaos Faction:
It will be an RP world torn by war. There will be different countries to chose your alliance to. There will be many active wars. Countries will be able to take over other countries, and people will be able to defect from country to country, and we will see if world powers develope.

Staff I am currently looking for:
1) 1-2 NAT's
2) 2-3 LAT's
3) 1 GAT


Current Staff List:
1) Mykel -Manager, -Level Builder
2) Jinx -Admin, -Midi Guy
3) Vladimir (AKA Church) -Scripter
4) Jaffer -levels

We currently have one Private forum set up at www.gscript.us

We are currently just trying to form a solid staff base.

I am going to pay to have this server put up once I see that we have a fair amount accomplished. Thx.

Uh, not to accuse anything but my playerworld has already been registered it's called Gate of Chaos. Maybe you should rename your playerworld so they don't sound even remotely similar.

I know a game called Chaos Gate, made by one guy... I think it blows any current Graal playerworld away. (it's a sidescroller heheh)

Chaos Gate is a game made by the Games Workshop. A warhammer game. :nod: But Chaos Faction...sounds a little, how do I say it? Unimaginative? :p

Why all of a sudden are playerworlds beginning to sound like guilds? Be creative, your playerworld does not have to be a true word or phrase. Make up a playerworld name, Rudora, Valikorlia, Delteria, like them... :)

No, it will stay as Chaos Faction, now back to the point at hand....

Hope you stick to this, as you have started many PW projects before.

More info:
I just recently made the map in paint, and used the level gen to generate all of the islands. It is a small overworld right now. 257 levels. But it is all islands or water. So a lot of the server will also be purswaded by boats. You can take a boat out, but you must make sure you dont run into an enemy ship. There are 5 islands, and one small neutral island, I will probably post the map soon.

Jaffer is going to help us with levels, and we will soon have our website up and running. :-D

Gate of Chaos isn't an attempt to make a cool name or something, the name corresponds to the storyline.

The same with my server, so we will just keep everythign the same. And we should post a s/s soon, with the boats, :-D

Is Gates of Chaus a playerworld? No. I was directing that post toward Mykel's server, but it doesn't matter, he's sticking with Chaos Faction.

New Update:
We just recently hired Genesis as a LAT. He will be working on one island, and I will be working on another. Our deadline for haveing those 2 islands done is 2-3 weeks. After that I will post a s/s of the map.

Yeah, too many people make boats like this nowadays, it'd be nice to see something more original, but I haven't seen a boat that looks like that before.

It matches the feel of the server with the origional tileset, a g2k2 like boat would be totally out of place, ya know?

I don't like jaffer, wasn't he the one who stole some of my levels? eh.

A:
This is the day/night system, and obviously the clock. Every hour it either gets darker or lighter, with noon and midnight being the lightest and darkest.

B:
This is the swimming system, when you go into the water it starts to count down, when you get to 0, you die, and it takes you to the last place where you were on land. :)

Extra: This s/s was taken on Cynical, so that isn't our GUI, <3 to Osrs and !BoOj for letting us use Cynical.

And we are now hiring One GFX artist.

Talking of GUI.. Make one, it would be alot better than white text.
