I know how to do preloaders... and stuff, but how do you make it so it is like a meter or %...?

No idea.. I did it once when I had Flash, but that was about a year ago.

What do you expect for cr4x0r1ng a program?

they should just include a short tutorial on flash, it is made for animation and web creating right? so why cant they teach u how to do at least a small animation (besides the button tutorial which is lame)

i dont "steal/crack" taht very much, it was just because tht i didnt want to pay 300....im only 14, i wouldnt have afforded that, i should have never even said i cracked it because everybody got on my case

i think you have to do 100 seperate frames! i do not know!

Gah, I did it around half a year ago but now I forget ohno! :(

just get the number of frames that have been loaded against the frames that need to be loaded * 10 and you have a percentage.
like
f = frames loaded
n = frames needed to be loaded

((f/n) * 10) that will give percentage
id include a tutorial how to do everything step by step but im too lazy ..
