Graal v2.2
1 Attachment(s)
The new version of the "Old"-Graal has been released. Graal v2.2 is not really a major release, but is bringing better support for internationalization and online-tile-editing. Version 2 is still maintained until v3 is finished and bug-tested.
- support for multi-byte text in signs - this is needed for languages like Korean, Chinese and Japanese; a Korean version of Graal Kingdoms is planned - server-side tile changes work on gmaps too - with updateboard/2 tiles can be sent to the client, saving will be added soon - new scripting function: textheight(zoom, font, style) calculates the height of text displayed with the given zoom factor, font name and style; textheight(1,,) gives the height of the standard font used for showimg/showtext; the style is a string with the letters b (bold), or i (italic), the other styles don't really make sense - the font name and font style are generaly not influencing the height a lot - several little bug fixes Attached a screenshot of Graal Kingdoms in Korean |
Excellent work Stefan.
/me is downloading now. |
That's awesome.
|
Does this solve the gmap problem? It would be nice if I could load other gmaps that I make in a text editor. I know 2.1.9.1 had problems loading flat gmaps and terrain gmaps unless it was DK's gmap or gmaps made with dungeongen.

Well done Stefan :D
Mybe next version you can add a little thing under your accounts saying DONT SHARE ACCOUNTS >=D |

I still think that the old graal should be updated. I like it more than v3, even if v3 ends up being bugless, best graphics, etc etc, I'd rather stick with the older one..so you should do something so that the older one is still supported. :\
