If I had my druthers (and the staff and time), I'd take all the heads, seperate the eyes, delete the ones that were only different in that respect (so we'd only have the round head, the girly head, the bandana head, then the beardy and mask and so forth heads), delete the ones that were recolors (same), seperate the ears from ones with ears meant to show above the hair, delete recolor hairs, and finally impliment that way of dynamically recoloring these items in the ganis (which would be reworked to attach ears and hats above hairs). So I can wear the Bandana Head with Boy Eyes and Short Hair and Normal Ears, then recolor the head to have darker skin, then recolor the eyes to be blood red, then recolor the hair to me vibrant green, then wear a hat on top of it. Or I can wear the same head with girl eyes and wavy hair and elf ears, recolored so I'm a wood elf. Or an orc. Or a zorbi. Or a zombie.
Then I'd take the ganis that are all basically Same Gani, Different Weapon/Tool, seperate the tools and weapons into their own ganis, and attach the ganis to the players' hands so we don't have a zillion ganis for Attacking with a Scythe, Attacking with a Sword, Walking with a Hammer, Getting Hit while holding Pliers....
