Charming Lords
At about 1:30am last night, I decided to do some leveling. Well, Heiwaronsha was checking Lord locations for me, and 3 of the 4 NPCs said the Lords were "beyond thier perception." Upon questioning some players, I was told that A certain player Charmed and brought the lords to his house. I was informed he did this because someone else wouldnt give him a prize.
Now, my quarrel with this is that Without those 3 Lords dying, they will NEVER respawn. It is very frustrating and HIGHLY unfair to charm and STEAL the Lords. This is veru unfair, and I believe it should be changed. Either make charming Lords impossible, OR impose an self-destruction on Lords. (Once the Lord is "beyond perception" for about 15 minutes it dies). |
You can almost never charm, or control a boss in virtually any other RPG, be it online or not, so why should you be able to in Graal? It's a bit silly, because they are bosses, and I feel that you shouldn't be able to do that to them.

I never tried it, thinking it was impossible anyway, and not just my means of a level too low to charm a lord. Then again, someone in another threat claimed to have charmed a rabbit and used against a bomy - so I think taking them hostabe wouldn't be impossible after all.

I think that it should stay allowed but .. if it's beyond perception for too long it resets so it's fair.

I think it's pretty funny, but I don't play 2k2.

It wouldnt be so bad if monsters died once you released them, then they couldnt be used to PK the peaceful, so you couldn't hide them places, if you release them they die, and if you dont release them, they'll follow you everywhere still so you cant hide them.
