Dying and Respawning..
 

When you die you need to start out with full HP or something.

I was just killed tons of times in a row because I died and Matin ran up to where I respawned with Flaming Aura going. I tried running in the water but I still died. He just kept casting it and I kept respawning with like 5 hp...respawning right back into the flames. ANYWAYS he just stole tons of plat from me doing that..since I was losing like 67 plat each death? i dunno...really pissed now. I hope I didnt drop any other stuff..

I like that idea about restarting when u dies with full HP. I do not trust matin either he startesd to spread lies about me through out dustari and make pk me.

I don't agree with starting with full HP again, then it's easy to go kill whoever just killed you... maybe instead, give you 10 seconds of invulnerability after you die and unequip your weapon, so if you cast/take out a weapon, that time ends, so that it can't be abused, and allows you to escape from situations like that.

yea like being put in peaceful mode temporarily if you were in B-mode before. I dont care, just as long as that is fixed..

I'm getting really ****ing pissed at this flaming aura crap. What the hell!? A completely different person started using flaming aura on me while I was writing a mass message because he feels that my RP wife stole a lord kill from him and she was on peaceful so he takes it out on me. UNFORTUNATELY the stupid prick ran to where I respawned at (YES JSUT LIKE LAST TIME) and I kept dying losing my damn plat. This is such bull****. ARG I have never been so irritated at this game before. It should not be god damn possible to die over and over and over again like that! Especially if your gonna lose so much money!! I swear to god if this doesnt get fixed SOON I am not going to put up with this **** anymore. Infact I cant even feel safe logging on anymore as long as ****ing Flaming Aura is still so insanely powerful.

what happened was I was killing a mushroom lord with my avatar, he comes from out of nowhere and orders me to get away... exact words were "move Bit.....ch" I continued to kill because i was there first. when my avatar killed he told me Zen was dead. I pm'd zen to ask who this guy was... the next thing i know he pk's zen while he was in a pm... then finds where zen relogs and kills him several times over and over stealing his plat.

I called the Sagesun's for help after Denori and his friend started calling me a slu...t and bit.....ch and Zen was having trouble logging on without being killed by Denori. This was EXTREMELY OFFENSIVE and according to the Graal Rules of Conduct (page2) Another abuse of chat and forum privileges is when players use abusive language (cursing or threatening language), racial attacks or comments, or sexually explicit comments, either general or specific, when communicating to individual players, in the content of mass messages via the GraalOnline chat system, or via the discussion boards. This seems to be against the rules and DenoriZacharum should be held accountable for his abuse.

He also made sexually explicet remarks to Zoe Sagesun another female game player, and I watched him repeatedly attack Zen to the point that Zen could no longer log-on to the game system, he was attacked over 10 times at least before he finally gave up on trying to log on. THAT IS EXTREME HARRASSMENT. to the point a player cannot even log on to the system. PLEASE STEFAN SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. It is unfair that those of us who try to follow the rules and respect the rights of other players should have to put up with people who find their enjoyment by ruining game play for not just one but several players. We all work hard to level honeslty on this game and to have someone pk it away for no reason, is not only frustrating it should be intollerable by the staff of Graal. Good, honest, paying players leave because of people like Denori. If anyone else has had problems with this player I would incourage you to speak up.

second i never called you a sl*t, the only thing i told zoe was she better be lukcy im not attacking back becasue anu would kill me, i then said do not step within 10 feet of me or u are dead. of course i pk thats why its BATTLE-mode, you need to get your facts strait before u blabb, i only curse back if i was cursed to first

denori shut up , yesterday when I came to see what was going on you were cursing at the our first lady! I saw you then you and your friends say we fight withought honor while you were dieing your friend is somewhere in the backgrround casting heal on you
THen you cast flaming aura like 7 times and take out your weapon and start attacking the people that we have on battle mode then you start something stupid about lets fight for the throne... then that she has no honor but who are you to say it mr. scammer? Mr. I have changed I don't do those things anymore:eek: :megaeek:

i did change, her incolence(sp?) reminded me of how fun it was to kill

I've heard, and seen, less than encouraging things about Denori.
About a week and a half ago, someone in Forest was quitting Graal, and giving away everything he owned. I logged on when he was at the dock, and I made my way over there to go to the mainland.
He starts to give some basic items away, when Denori comes, and commands him to give Denori money. He says he will drop his platinum later. Then Denori goes on a rampage, and takes out his bow and shoots the person over and over, killing him about 5-10 times (he respawned at the dock).
After collecting about 250 plat from the 10 or so times he killed the other person, Denori finally buggers off.

But, this is just my account of "meeting" him.

yes, i did that, he owed me a bow from when we amde a deal, so tehcniacly, he scammed me

I don't think one bow is the equivalent to 10 kills, and repeated "GIVE ME MONEY."

Just make it so you can only cast Flaming Aura once, and you can only cast it again when it runs out. One flaming aura doesn't do much damage but many Flaming Aura does.

Or, if you're not much of the priest/praying type, worship bile so you can use his curse... it denies fire, so Denori better watch out :P

Or, lastly, you could not be in battle mode unless you need to.

I already talked to Stefan and he is going to fix Flaming Aura soon.

well one aura + 53 damage=8 auras anyway ;)

I say dont be in battlemode unless you whant to fight, its BATTLE mode after all, isnt it?

Let's make it so Denori never respawns.

that might be fun seeing that i can outrun almost everyone on the server (except DX and anU) and anyone following me will be burned by aura, id live :)

Which means DX and/or anU would be the celebrated scammer-killers.

Maybe when you die your soul and body would be displaced.

Maybe your ghost can float around for awhile then itll turn into a full body (like after 30 seconds)

Make it so that at your god's altar you can't be killed. If you die, you respawn at your god's altar. But, this takes a while. Your body will be lying around for about 30 seconds. Also, the more people who worship the same god die, the longer it takes.

I just returned from my grandma's funeral, sorry I wasn't here earlier to respond to Denori's reply. But first what word is f*g? I've been asking some of my friends here what that word might be that I was accused of calling Denori... And we think we know what it might be... and let me just respond that I DID NOT CALL HIM THAT. I don't even use that word. We have a Hawaiian word for that and if i was going to call someone that I would have said it in hawaiian, but even then it's rare. The worst I did was say that it was a joke for him to think he was a god... but I think I said that to his friend not to Denori. And I might have once called him a jerk for pking zen over and over. I did ask him over and over why he had to act so cruel to other players, especially to zen who had no idea of what was going on.

I just wanted to make that part clear. And thank you all for responding, and for those of you who where there and told what really happened. I've been gone for a week so i hope this incident is pau (finished).
