I ordered VIP (for a year) like, in January, and NOW it's telling me that I can only play on Saturdays. Is this a bug? Can someone fix it for me please?

No that was the deal all along I belive. The key features of VIP were:

*VIP Previews
*Forums
*Gold servers on Saturday

The reason you had been able to up to this point was VIP got +6 months gold time too as an extra for one reason or another, which is why:

Jan -1
Feb -2
Mar -3
April -4
May -5
June -6

So cahnces are you signed up for VIP 6 months ago today, or yesterday. So its not a bug, just you were given extra for now.

So now I have to....

You should have been limited to Gold since Jan, but you weren't be happy for that atleast. And it did say, when you signed up:

But yes cry. And you did have 6 months extra of gold that you shouldn't have had. Anyhow if you want gold, re-upgrade, I think it is fairly cheap...

It was stated on the website that if you bought VIP before Feb 1st, it would include full access to gold servers, of course, the statement was removed on Feb 1st since it only applied for before Feb 1st :P. This to me seems to indicate, that it should last at least the twelve months of the initial VIP subscription.

psyraiandi has a valid complaint, and it pisses me off too, since I got VIP durring January myself, though I don't play on the gold servers that often.

Wrongo. It gave six months exactly. Whether they cut it off here, or it was due time, you got what was promised and a little.

So, no, he does not have a valid complaint that you can take under your wings to "right the wrongs" of Graal's subscription system.

Well, it simply stated that before Feb 1st, you could buy VIP and get full gold server access, it didn't say anything about only lasting six months, thus one would assume it would last the full initial subscription time.

It stated nothing about full gold access. The most we had come to realize was it was worth six months. Stefen also said that. Spark (Not saying he's a reliable source ;D) said that.

Yes, after the release of VIP I remember Unix saying that they will get a certain time of VIP, or maybe it was the VIP guild boards, well on of those. Im sure you can find it if you go hunting...
