Sounds like you need a gold key to get a dexterity potion :)

I just want to know where iget themerit badge at it is driving me nutsi can not find it.

give the evil bomy lord horn to the npc who tells you where he is

hmm im having a bit of trouble I keep going to the pub and checking it out..but nothing really new like it says that the hirathia guy wants a thing for his clock i go to hirathia and search all over and find a guy in the bakery and all he says is OH! i feel a lot better now and you? same for that other little kid in cove.....I need some help x.x Please I pay you 500 plat ( my life savings ever since i decided to cut off the whole restore me thing ) if you guide me through it so far i got

oh yea are there like other quests to do on other kingdom islands?

The escorting person quests need to reset once they're done, most quests can't be completed because they've already been done :(

I think that they should all automatically reset I mean how exactly do you know what they want? Its a bit confusing.......

Well I think they the quests should be removed and a new randomized quest added...But I don't know if the quests are randomly generated.

That would be better, so that you can't get, say, 20 rabbit lord teeth, and make them all into amulets, into earrings, etc.

The quests need to reset .. some of them can't be done because someone else did it x.x
