Some monster ideas

You know most of the Graal: Kingdoms monsters are nothing much to look at, got your basic rabbits, killer shrooms, and etc.

However how about throwing in some real freaks of nature, something that nobody could ever of though of.

Heres some examples

Brutes
Brutes could come in 3 flavors: Fighter, Cannoneer, Shaman.
Basicly Brutes have small heads, big body and arms and a pair of medium size legs. These things are extremely strong and can both dish out damage and asorb it. Brutes are naturally very slow.
(They kinda look like the hulk, but their skin is titty pink, and a very weird looking face.)
Brute Fighter
Your basic Brute, he uses no real weapons other than his massive fists.
Brute Cannnoneer
Looks exactly like the Brute Fighter, however he has a cannon imbued into his back, he carries a large bag at his side (where he grabs the cannonballs and throws them up into his cannon) Also this Brute is slightly larger than the fighter version. His Cannon is for ranged attacks but he can use his fists for melee attacks.
Brute Shaman
The Brute Shaman wears a mask and skeleton bones around his body, in one of his hands is a bone staff and in the other a fist of iron knuckles. His smaller and weaker than his brotheren, but still can pack a punch with those iron knuckles of his. He is a good support monsters consider that he casts the following spells fireball, heal, strenght

Warpigs
Yep, Warpigs, the Farmers worse nightmare. These guys come in 2 styles, Shotgun Pig and Shovel Pig. Not much to go into detail about these guys other than the fact that they walk straight up, have a farmers hat, and a fair amount of armor on their body.

Nibbler
These creatures are small pack hunters, they look like a type of tailess scorpian with little claws instead of pinchers. They are extremely fast however very weak, a lone nibbler is nothing to worry about, but when they are in packs, its suggested that you run. The Nibbler has its attacking claws and a little elastic tongue which can grab ahold of items and even has a chance of stripping you of a item. They only come in the basic flavor, however they do have a bigger brother version, know as a Nibble.

Thornbull
These bull-like creatures are a mix between a hedgehog and a bull. Although rather small and passive creatures, when you attack them they are capable of throwing your exact damage you gave them back to you when you get around to attacking you. They also like to travel in herds and will attack anybody who attacks the herd.

Mystbeattle
Simply a mystbeattle is capable of avoiding major damage attacks by turning itself into a cloud of myst, while in a myst form the mystbeattle can quickly move around. They are fair amount of armor on them aswell.

Bomy Remix
Pincher Bomys are a mix between a shell bomy and a evil bomy

Anyways thats all I got...go ahead and reply with your thoughts.

The general idea sounds nice, specially creature hunting in packs all over the islands - as there should be some on the kingdom's islands, too. They shouldn't bee too stwong, just add diversity, I agree.
Still, there's one thing missing - Battlesheeps! :p

Medusa's and Hydra's
Creatures with a lot of heads. They live in Swamps, and can poison/paralyze you.

Harpys
Half women, half bird. They fly so you have to use arrows or wait until they come down to hurt them

Sprites
elf like things

OMG

With every game there should be dragons!
They fly over the kingdoms like a boss, but only come down to battle higher level players. Also groups of monsters should battle other monsters at random. (Ex: A group of Warpigs attacks an army of Brutes) But that would be a bit hard to script... :\

Monster Tribes would be cool.

That would be amusing to watch, or have both of them fighting and a barbarian come through, and kill them all ;)

These tribes could either wander Main and the kingdom islands like lords, or hide in caves - or both, they have a cave somewhere, where players could enter and attack, but sometimes they'd set out, destroy their cave and dig a new one somewhere.
These tribes should be made up of a number of creatures depending on their strength - so a pack of (weak) warpigs would consist of 20, while (strong) dragons would hunt in pairs...

Brute was a class in my PWP... You started as Brute, then became Barbarian, and then Berserker.
