Maloria's construction
 

After I quit my position on the server Maloria, I continued to get pms about the problems going on there, so I decided to post about it.

Recently Maloria has taken a turn for the worse. Ever since thier founder left (CyberX) things have gone very much downhill.
The person that CyberX left as manager was fired by Binary Crash, then rehired once Binary Crash made it clear to everyone that he was the "ultimate ruler".

The plans for the construction on "New Mal" have been changed time, and time again by different people as they get fired, and new ones get hired. Recently one of the most productive staff members was fired for doing something that the former manager CyberX said was alright.

I understand that the under construction servers are being looked at, and I would like to bring Maloria to the teams attention.

It seems that someone just promoted pokilty to manager. im glad to see that someonething was done about this.

Maloria went downhill ever since i quit, and even when i worked there.. because CyberX and i, 2 founders were equal managers.. some time i dont know how the hell he tricked me into begin co manager, and then he started to hire his stupid brazilian friends..

Now he left the server to MrWorry and binarycrash, but binary fired worry.. then cyberx come back and says binary will be manager, after he quit...

I heard that binary hired Tornado, manager of Gaia, and gave him more rights than Worry, and guess what, Tornado is Brazillian.

So was the rest of the staff he hired, Osrs, binary, Tornado and someone more that i dont remember of.

Osrs, i know you've changed, CYber was corrupt for you but that was ages ago...

Well MrWorry has removed BC. Which he shouldn't have done as they were both Managers, so none had any extra authority over either of them, which is why this should have been done Via Nem or the PWA. Well either way we are sorting it out.

Isnt Binary Crash the manager?

CyberX post a message sometime ago saying, Binary is the real manager, the other guy was just while Binary Crash havent too much time..

So if Binary Crash is the manager, hes able to fire who he wants.. Like on Gaia when I fired someone and Nemesis came to ask me y.. I think this sucks.. sorry the word.. But If Im the manager I know whats the best for my playerworld, I dont need other people that never went to my server opinion... So if Pokilty or any other staff was fired by Binary Crash, everything is right, since Binary Crash is the manager and know whats the best for his server.. Stop crying if you were fired, try to make your own server or something.. and forget this one...

Amonrabr.. have can you think firing your equal be right? If you fire a manager and you're manager that doesn't make sense. They are equal to you not less.

Well here’s what happened. CyberX quit in his post he said I will no longer be manager and no longer need MOD. The managers and people who need MOD on Maloria are:

BC (BinaryCrash)
MW (MrWorry)

Then for some unknown reason Cyber came on and made MrWorry not manager anymore (First mistake, his decision is final, he had quit, he cant do that) Anyhow it got to the point where BC and MY were both Managers. BC didn’t want to develop New Maloria, the rest of the staff including MrWorry did. And then i think I heard that BC fired their best scripter. And MrWorry got annoyed with his judgement and restrictions he put in place and removed BCs RC (Second mistake, they were equal he shouldn't have done that) so we are now looking at what fully happened by asking players and staff and BC,MW and CyberX. And we will make a choice, in the best interest for Maloria, of what will happen to the Management.

Whats happening now?
We are currently gathering information from staff and players, as I said above, once we get enough information and the 'full story' we can decide whats going to happen. Until then Maloira can continue with MrWorry as Manager.

Look at it this way. BinaryCrash demoted MrWorry, which is wasn't allowed to do in the first place, i assume you can't demote equals as well as fire. Secondly I want to point out that CyberX admitted he posted earlier about BC having more power simply because BC is his friend. Also I know this has no relevance to breaking rules but BC was a very unproductive manager and many people dislike him. He signed on about once a week and did little to aid Maloria, while other staff worked hard to make it good. I think it would be better off for Maloria leaving it to be, even if it doesn't comply with certain graal standards. Heres a little time log of what happened since all this started:

- CyberX promotes MrWorry to Manager
- CyberX promotes me to Co-Manager
- CyberX quits Maloria
- BinaryCrash decreases rights of all staff and demotes me and MrWorry
- Server goes into an uproar and most staff quit (including me)
- (A week passes and no production is made. Many people try to contact global admins and up to three support the cause but take no action)
- CyberX posts about how he wanted BC to be manager, which later he admits he did for BC's friendship in real life
- MrWorry hires me as admin
- A few hours later BC fires me
- MrWorry hires me the next day as Manager and I remove BC from the position
- Here we are

Those are the bare facts, even if it makes me look bad or whatnot. The truth is that for me it's worth the risk and if you're going to fire me so be it, but I hope that first you gather all the details and think about whether or not it's worth it for the sake of Maloria and not just Binary. Listen to what others have to say, you'll find very few are interested in having BC back.

I completely agree that MW should be manager.
The reason Binary Crash fired MW was because MW was remodeling the server (btw at the time, the former manager cx had said this was ok). Personally from what I have seen, and everyone else has seen, BC would simply come on to remove rights, and write about some "remaking" he wanted to do. As you may know he hasent done anything.. The only productivity was taken place with MW and Pokilty in charge.

This is what I and several others who have previously quit Maloria under BC's managment have seen, and we all agree that what would be best for the server is to keep MW as manager
