Graal Reloaded & Revolution (v2.19 + v3)
 

New Graal versions:

A new client for windows computers: v2.19 with a new look, several bug fixes and speed improvements, and new scripting functions. Download it via http://www.graalonline.com/downloads/setup.exe .

The first Graal for Linux: v3 is almost fully compatible to v2.19, but is faster and will get many new features soon. First the linux version is released, then the Mac, then the Windows version. The online mode is currently only enabled for VIP players. Get it here:

Download and start it to install Graal automatically. You need to install OpenGL on your computer to play Graal in good speed - if you have an Nvidia card then you need to install the driver from Nvidia.

Warning:
There are technical problems with one computer, thats why the new versions are not working on some playerworlds yet (atlantis, delteria, npulse, babylon, bravo, maloria, shaded legend). This will be fixed in a few days.

There are some bad gfx on some playerworlds, those need to be fixed (transparency, pngs) or converted with the new gif2mng (mngs, new gif2mng not uploaded yet) to look good in the new Graal. The new graal is compatible to the mng standard, meaning some of the old gfx need to be fixed.

Go on every server and delete all their graphics, then put a filter up so that .gif cannot be uploaded. :)

Crap , I hope it doesn't take too long to get it up and running right , I would like to see Npulse running on the new exe. It seems Doomsday is also on this list but left out because it is still on the old version also.

I would, but it stopped working after a while! It freezes whenever I connect to a server and always gives me Segmentation Faults when I try to run it again. It's very unstable.

fullscreen mode isn't really "full" screen .. for me, with 3.0

it takes away the caption bar and window border(s) and goes into the top left corner of the screen without changing resolution or anything, and the mouse doesn't work after that

wanting to get linux just because of graal is sad I think x.x it kind of ruins the point of the whole OS if you get it just to play games on

It doesnt for me. Being a keen matrix fan and follower. When I now see that it makes me annoyed that they are there. Its a STUPID reason I know. But now it took some shine off the matrix as I relate it to graal not the matrix =/

I have that Card on my Desktop. And the Linux Version Ran Fine. Im useing SlackWare 9. I blame Gentoo! :P

linux -> mac -> windows

maybe because windows already has a working version (2.19) which is probably less buggy for now, and one of the reasons to make it was for portability (it's already been on windows) -- not sure if I'm right about this though because I'm just guessing

New windows client gives me "Decompression Errors" on all the classic PW's but works excellent and fast on G2K2 incredible speed enhancements. Linux version runs fine so far no "bugs" unlike the windows version.

there's an option to not show decompression errors, but I guess it's still a problem
