Heavy Duty Ignore
 

Sometimes, you just dont want to hear what people have to say. AT ALL. Thats where Heavy Duty Ignore comes in.

What it does:
1.People cannot PM you and their voice options are automatically muted(The box where you check/uncheck mute turns gray as if its unmodifiable and is checked)
2.You cannot hear them talking on the screen. You cannot see their deragotory comments or emotionally harassed by them.
3.They cannot view your level or stats in the profile unless they are staff.
4.They see a red X above your head where chat would be. They cannot see what you are saying.

Rather than start a lawsuit for defamation and slave idealism when someone follows me around shouting OWNED, Id like to be able to do this.

If you have that much trouble on the Server your playing may be just easier to play a less hostile server.

His idea is valid though. Some players are just that way and they tend to populate a lot of the servers. Yes, it may just be a good idea to go elsewhere, but it wouldn't hurt to have something like this. Even you should know that a lot of players don't like to leave a particular server because they enjoy being there and probably have friends that play there. Getting the harasser jailed or banned just makes things worse. Using extra ignore features can make it worse too but its less likely that it will. They'll see that you're not paying attention and they will eventually quit bothering you.

Yep, sue them all. :p

If you want that, play a single player game.

Better yet build an offline graal server.

Not my server. Just servers in general.

Anyway, Id rather be able to enjoy my time playing Graal than have to go run and play by myself. I do have friends on the game..

If you have friends in the game why do you want to ignore everybody?

Read the first post, he says he wants to ignore everybody. He made no exceptions. Just on or off.

Ok, I see where i misunderstood him, but why don't you point things out instead of being a jerk.

Better for you to see your own mistake. Besides, why should I waste the effort?

Well if you cant just be a normal person and be able to just run away from whoever or select mute/ignore on a person then you should really not be playing that shows you dont have any tolerance for people,or are just non-social.

That's a stupid statement. If ignoring a person will make the game more fun then it should be seriously considered as an option. He could ignore them or run away from them or whatever, but he'd rather just use this feature and save himself the hassle.

That and running away usually only encourages the tormentor to pursue and continue the harrassment :p If they are ignored they will eventually give up. Some may be more persistant than others but thats just how life is.
