I've seen the EBL three times today - and everytime it was stuck, that is, GFX there, even walking one time, blocked my movement but not my spells. didn't move at all, and someone else saw it at one occasion close but a little shifted...

When the npcserver dies, they freeze and spawn again. Just reconnect and it goes away.

It happened today, just a few minutes prior the post, and the NPCserver was quite stable I think... or can it crash and come back without any actual effects on stats etc?
