What would you pay for Dwarven Warhammer of Agility and Shield of Forgotten Frost +2 in real money?

Real money? Let me think... it's far from certain that the server won't be resetted sometime in the (remote) future - a bug may clean your inventory - these items aren't more than a bunch of bity and bytes... so, in my opinion you'd have to be crazy (or just terribly rich and crazy) if you'd pay real money for such illusionary items :D

I've seen it, too, but I can't really understand it - there's been some browsergame arround here, can't remember the name, something with planets, galaxies, rescources and battles - I've seen people selling like 100 units of steel or whatever metal was used there over ebay for quite a bit...

I thought I herd that Rax,and Brad got in trouble for selling items with dollars and cents rather than graal money because it was taking money away form graal somehow. Im not to sure this is legal,but I may be wrong. I wouldnt buy it just because those event weapons are so rare,and it would be easy for people to scam like you pay them the money they give you the weapon and say that you never payed them or somethign.

well many people done it before.
in diablo 2 you can get rich with this stuff so i dont think it is very bad o.o

But seriously, if I ever DID pay for items on an online game, I wouldn't do it in a Beta version.

I think I remember seeing someone praising his account in some game, that he could sell rescources over ebay for 200$ a day - so either he's crazy believing that he could or all the others who pay that much are - either way, there has to be a madman at some point... ;)

Hey, it is legal to sell stuff over the internet, and Brad and Rax didn't get in trouble, also, scamming over the internet IS illegal, so you shouldn't do that unless you particularly like the inside of a cell with bars.
