Been a while since I put out a level, ignore the contents, just look at the land house and colors.

Overall:
Okay, level wise, its a bit dull. I think you went over the top with the light effects. Lights and NPCs cant always hide all of your tile errors or lack of detail. You still have to have lot in the level.

Level Contents:
The island in the middle is a bit dull, as there is a lack of detail. I'd suggest adding some deep water, and removing some of the light tree effects.

House:
The house is fine, its simple and to the point and so it works. So thats a cool house, nice.

Hmmm... I am not a good rater but here I go.

The house looks good. I don't like the trees that much. The island is not that good but... I don't really know but it looks good. So I am gonna rate it as a:

Level Rating = 5.5

It could possibly use a bit more detail and less of those tree npc's.
Probably add a bit more detail to the water.

It kind of has a hypnotic tranquil look to it. *spaces off*

The water is the blandest part there is no detail to it. Maybe some waves and rocks or something. Just dont go overboard with it. I didnt really look that closely at the rest.

OK level, a bit dull, and too many trees. if you get this improved it will be almost perfect.

The only thing I like in the level is the tree transpearcy lights

Overall:
The level is very plain and uses way to many light effects. Your idea for the level is nice but you just executed it wrong.

Level Contents:
As said in the above the level idea is good. You should use more diagonals and even try some waves and such and the water like deep water.

House:
The house is not good at all. Original yes but its not very good as in eye candy.
