Dance Event
 

Jagen held an event today, it consisted of a few raffles and then with the "Best Vouple Contest". I must admit it was fairly fun. Raffles were a big success and couples contest had quite a few competitors as well.

Konidias and Emi (Sorry if I got names wrong) won first place, second place went to 2 guys, then I am not sure who got third, and I got forth for my "monosexual act" in which I showd how much I love my self =).

I got a Pheonix Trophy (I have no clue what to do with it though). I guess so did everyone. There is a screenshot of the end of couples event below.

I miss events cuz of stupid classes and stuff >.> how about holding them more 10pm EST time oriented?

How does this sound, i pmed jagen account name of me and my partner, Kassi pmed our account names, neither her or i got warped. I think jagen is corrupt or hates me, one of the 2.

I got the PM after I began the event. I wasn't reading my RC's PMs so how can I read your applicant. I don't even know who you are, how can I hate you.

Bull you were still warping people there from what i saw, and there have been at least 5 events i havent gotten into because of me pming you for warp.

This event was quite fun, however you held it too late. It was like 11pm where I live, and I got disconnected for like 10 minutes when you held that last raffle.

Events on GK are completly stupid, I have to say. Not because they are not fun, because they are both that and orgional, but because of the prizes and the people that win all the time.

There should be a limit to the prizes one person can get in a month, mabey even 2. This is ruining the game. I'd love to have al them items, so would all of you, but I am serious, and I know I said this to alot of people before, but it is true.

Couples and Fashion events should not be held at all...it's all biased.

I know what you mean Excal. There's a good amount of people who know about bias in events and bad timing and such.
Not to mention how one could very well enter near every event for 6 months and win nothing.

Couple Contest you just ahd to be a good couple, or be origial like me, if you stood there like fools, what a hell do you think you got?

All these items look great and I have to thank Hurumi and Lady Auron for such great graphics the past few months, but the people *coughjagencough* making them should be making them normal. Not all super, just normal ac and stats and stuff. I say a shield that has restances to almost everything +10.

I really think that events for good things that are held every month on the same damn date at a good time. ANNOUNCED BEFORE HAND, not 5 minutes before the event.

and to sab..i've once been staff too...holding an event is easy, but its not always organized and it doesn't always run smoothly especially when people yell at u every few minutes saying "CHECK UR PMs OMG" Once an event starts you cant check PMs all the time or else the event will go real sloooow.. so i dont think jagen hates u or something since he doesn't even know you x-x

Yep, you get alot of questions and you don't want to answser all of them at one time, very scressful and eventually you just leave or ignore them. Got like that on Mithica so I started disconnecting people. :)

I remember when I was ET on G2k1, held a Survivor event, people kept saying "OFGM WTS STRT ALERDY~!!111" while I was trying to warp more people in...god, people are idiots sometimes.

*looks at the snapshot* There's good old Brad, making homophobic remarks and being pissed as usual. :p

The event was fun, although I wish they would coordinate things better so it didn't take as much time. I mean the raffle thing should end really fast because they let it drag out for a few minutes, and a few minutes is too long. Then it takes 10 minutes for them to start the next one because people don't move the hell out of the way and let them start it.

I wish events were scheduled at least a day in advance, so people knew when to be on and stuff.

A day? Your nuts. Atleast a week for big events.

Excalibur, I said "at least a day in advance". I'm talking about events like this one, not "big events". I said "at least" because it should be at least one day at the minimum.

Planning events like this a week in advance is silly. Nobody would show up because it's not a HUGE MEGA event. That is why you schedule smaller events a day in advance, and bigger events a week in advance.

Big events should be held like bi-monthly. There the little ones every day at a certian time, and make a schedual for them, and assign the EMs a day.

There are like no EMs now... I'm experienced in the field of ETing, (Events Team) and I'm sure Locke would be competent too.
