Anyone ever wanted to be an olympian?
Anybody ever wanted to get out of thier comfy computer chair and go for a jog?

I have....
And now it is a reality!
I am a very good runner!
But for all whom arent as blessed as me i have thought of the graallympics!

Get this:
A bomy carries a torch from human town to snow town.
He/she lights up NPC torch.
Then it begins:
There are scheduled events throughout a a graalian day
or so, These may include:
Hockey
Skiing
Races: Foot, Horse, Bomy etc.
CT,1,2,3.
CTF.
Survivor
Elephant races
And finally trivia.

You dont win gralat but points!
The most points acumulated by one person is the winner!
The winner might get a section on the graal main site where they can leave a description of themselves pic etc. and lots $$$$$!
And these should be held every graal year at the same time!

Whadaya think graal ppl?

Like, maybe have a Graalympics Committee.

It would be no harder than any other event, just take it one at a time.

Hehe, athletes would actually have to train and get good at their chosen sport before competing.

A few events team members could do it. I mean as long as you dont atempt it last minute it sounds neat

If we could find someone to do graphics it would look awsome! Im going to talk to madbrad and see if he will consider having an event like this cause he is Events Admin and for the most part it's up to him i believe.

This actually does sound like a good idea and I don't think it would be too hard to do.

I came up with this idea a long time ago and i told hippie but he didn't like it =( oh well but with renewed interest i hope it happens. Also 1 problem though how are you gonna get all the olympians on at 1 time..

There can be schelduled times and if they aren't on at the time of their event they are disqualified.

As long as it isn't held on friday 4-11pm
saturday 4-11pm
sunday 12-7
monday 4-7
i can be there ;) but if you can't im sure you won't care.

Why should we adjust it so it conveniences you?

I never said you had to i just noted the times i couldn't be on mostly the weekend because i have work ( A REAL JOB LYCIA may be in your interest to get one too) also im going ice skating and bowling. At least he doesn't have to adjust it to fit your schedule because yours is graal 24/7.

Asuka never suggested that we should plan around his schedule. That was awful mean, Lycia. He only informed us of the times when he could compete.

Yeah i work weekends since im only 15 and on a workers permit. Basically i have no life on weekends since i only work but its needed so i can have a life in the summer. Going to france, england, and italy for 2 weeks and going to boston for 2 and half weeks for my sisters graduation ( THE PERSON WHO DID THE PANDA HEAD)

the Olympics are a nonwinning sport. there is no one winner. i agree there should be prizes but no winners as that defeats the whole purpose of the olympics...

I think there should be a winner for each event like the real olympics, not an overall.

Except for the decathlon, of course. :D

Wait here's an idea there can be nations or something and we each have like one olympian from each nation in an event like 1 person from the nation can be in the spar tourny and another one could be in the survivor and the entire team in in CTF etc. Since the olympics support bringing the nations together.

Nations would be pretty nice but make the whole thing more difficult to organize. Especially arranging for olympiads from each nation to be on the events.

Thats why I say we have continents of the world compete.

No continents stay as far away from the real world as possible for the olympics. This is graalian olympics i think there should be leaders and they name the nation and then they compete.

Yes I think there should be fake little graal nations that compete considering it would be "the graalolympics"

Stay as far away from actual olympics as possible. Can you imagine the graalians. I WANNA BE USA NO I WANNA BE USA CAN WE CHANGE CONTINENTS BECAUSE THE SWISS ARE BETTER AT SKIING BUT WE WANNA BE THE USA FOR THE SPAR TOURNY.

Well If madbrad lets some of the et work on it (or all) Ill work on it. I personally LOVE the idea and hope it works out.

We should use the continents on the Graal game.
