Vip Account Complain (stefan And Unixmad Read)
 

I am complaining about VIP Membership.
This Service is avaible since 4 MONTHS.
And we got 1 THING (GUILD SYSTEM) to test.

So I am asking for WHAT do we pay?
A VIP TAG?
LOL,.... thats just annoying.

So Stefan and Unixmad if you are really out there
and want to get good service for your customers then
let us get more involved into the Testing Phase of
the NPCs, Levels and of course of the Applications
you develope.

We are here to help YOU and we PAY for helping YOU.
So plz be honest and give us more stuff to test...
Because like its now there is nothing to do for us.
Its cruel enough to let us pay for helping you
making new things and develope your game.

you get graall gold server accsess ever saturday? and you also get to use thiese fourms.

You get this with normal graal gold aswell, only better. VIP doesnt stack with gold either.

VIP's + is you can soon pla Graal 3d but paying to play something in beta is kinda weird. I myself just get gold subscriptions.

Personally I don't see why people would play to test things.
I would rather wait till it was finished so I could get the actual working product.
I don't want some buggy product.
I think VIP is best for people who don't really play Graal that often, or just play classic servers, but like to use the fourms. That's why when my account runs out in, whenever it runs out, I'll be getting VIP because it's cheaper.

I doubt VIPs will get debug access.
The reason for that server is so the staff can work without being bothered.
And your own fourm, I don't see the harm in it but what would you talk about there that you wouldn't on the public boards?

i think its really good SUPPORT which graal got:

Stefan first quitted playing on Classic Servers
and made Gold Servers.

Stefan quitted Instant Messaging.

Stefan quitted E-Mail.

Stefan made a Debug Server that you can't talk with him.

And last but not least: Stefan made invisible RC!!!

Well I would have thought that you shouldn't have let gold people buy the VIP until all features were near ready. It is a waste of my money for a (VIP) tag!

Yes its worth it for other people who didn't have gold. But not for us, we haven't got much out of it yet! =[

Maybe these VIP forums could be made, but that doesn't add up to what we have paid for.

I dont even know why vip membership was added no one really benefits except players that dont play alot

I don't even bother withy VIp.. It's idiotic.. "PAY US TO DO OUR WORK FOR US!" is basically what Stefan and Unix were thinking..

And to Tim, VIPs arn't getting debug it was just a suggestion someone made that they could get because they haven't really gotten much.
Mind you I think it's a pretty bad suggestion.

Stefan has had to limit the ways to be reached, in my opinion, because of all the stupid immature people berating him with the most redundant questions - simply because they don't want to ask for help elsewhere. Stefan and Unixmad have a lot to do, and all at once.

The point is - you want Stefan to work faster, and you keep telling him to. So either he stands there, listening to your complaints and such, and doesn't get his work done. Or, he ignores them, even if it means to ignore the few necessary ones, and gets something done - only to have you complaining that he doesn't care for your complaints. Anyway, it'd rather damage graal if you could buy a stafflike position. That'd be the peak of corruption, and I think most people see it that way. Those who don't just prove that they wouldn't be good as staff.

Oh please, debug is clammored with annoying people already! With VIP people, it would be doomed!

Besides, VIP for gold members is pointless its like this:

''Buy our ice cream, you only get the box, we will give you the ice cream some time later''

Anyhow, If I dont recive some sort of decent VIP Service, I am getting a refund, because basically. I have paid for something, I really have not got. Gold members shouldn't have been able to buy VIP or they shouldn't have released VIP so quickly.

Yes, I agree there should be more stuff for VIP, Or at the very least change the VIP subscription information to the following "When getting VIP you get a VIP tag, and forum access, and graal gold access on saturday", Becouse that is ALL we get.


As far as I know www.graalonline.com posted that info as a ruse to get people to pay more money without having to provide any new services whatsoever.
