Level Editor
I can't access my level editor it keeps coming up with an error saying division by zero. has anyone had this problem before and if so how can I fix it?
|
x.x is there any NPCs in there?
something in the script is probably trying to divide by 0, which is a mathmatical impossibility |

1) The problem wouldn't manifest itself as the level is loading, since it's a runtime error. 2) Graal has no problems with divide-by-zero errors. Try writing a script with the line 'temp=1/0' - temp will probably just be set to a really high number. 3) It is cool that 'divide by zero' acronymifies to 'DBZ'. |
I can't make a script without even being able to get to the tutorial mode to enter the level editor. sorry I should have been more clear. lol.

for some reason when i open a perticular level it freezes.. but its only that ONE level.

Why has the main forums suddenly turned into the bugs forum? Belive it or not bug forums is there for a reason. And Stefan always reasons the bug forum and will either reply or just see if the problem can be solved, if so, it will be fixed in the next version.

Dividing-by-zero alert is normally disabled by Graal, so even when there is such an error it should not show something. I had a problem some years ago with Direct3d doing that messages in special situations. You get that error when pressing F4 or when double-clicking on a file in the windows explorer (file type association) ?
