Profile Error

I dont no how no one saw this before. But in the profile screen Favorite is spelt wrong.

They have Favourite. I even typed that in on spell check and it came up as that being wrong.

Favorite is spelt Favorite not Favourite.
Though this is a minor problem, I think it should get fixed :)

Ever hear of British English?

Besides, either one is a correct spelling.

Look it up next time, buddy.

And you are, amazingly, not the first to have notice that it was spelled like that!

Oh, and by the way...Perhaps spell the words in your own post properly when you're complaining about someone else's spelling errors.

Thanks in advance, though you won't listen to me.

WOW! I wish I knew it was spelt wrong, but some people really don't care

Like Tseng said, it isn't spelt wrong.
It's just spelt the British way and not the American way.

If you look at any british-english page on the internet, are you going to post that it's spelled wrong, too? :(

ack, it seems id be confused if i was in America,
i mean, wtf?, eggplant ?

Dude6252000 03-31-2003 08:54 PM

Sausage = Banger? O_o

AlexH 03-31-2003 09:00 PM

I call my sausages sausage, not bangers.
And I have baked potatoe too.
Some of the things are just alternatives to what is said in America but most people here will be able to understand you if you say the american word unless it's something like chips, then your getting a plate of fries.

Although lots of people in America couldn't understand me when I was in Florida.
Damn my accent. :(

its the same thing as the color gray which is spelled grey in the npc stuff its just a differnt way of spelling it either are correct...

Projectshifter 04-22-2003 07:34 AM

Ag, whoever started this is a complete and total lamer... honestly...
If you listen to British talk, it isn't American, that's for sure. It's the same language sure, but there are things known as "Dialect". I'm pretty sure that by "English" as your language on Graal, it doesn't assume "American English" or "British English".
ANyways! The (semi)new Austin Powers movie, his dad and he talk in "British" to have a private conversation, funny as heck!

That was dock n' key rhymin' slang yours truly thinks. I think bof dialects are pret'y similar apart from a few bits an' bobs. Nuff said, yeah?
