Hurting stuff
Okay, i HATE this getting hurt stuff, with the hurt-gani. I used to be able to kill a t-rex with all it's HP with my flaming sword of govannon +2. Now, i end up getting killed when it has like 1/6 or 1/8 of its HP! Because of the hurting! And, wolves jump and i'm like 5 tiles away and i still get hurt. Get rid of this, pleaase.

If you would know, they used to have this back in the day. I like it, I suggest keeping it... If you want to make it at all seem real, leave it. No one is going to get bit by a t rex and not move... so learn to not get hit, and you wont get killed. heh.
atleast make it easier to hit enemy's or let them get hurt more, too.
That would be stupid... I already can kill T rex in 1 hit, why would they make it even easier? Just work hard and get stronger.
I am! But atleast make the monsters' hurt animation long enough for another hit.
I used to kill Rexes with an unIWDed weapon at a low class, then I got even stronger. My weapon wasn't even of Govannon, I can't understand why you have trouble.
A: T-rexes sometimes hit me when they're away
B: They re-attack so fast it costs me about 30 HP to get away from 'em. |
:\ use magic until a higher lvl
Question. What does the gani have to do with anything?
When people learn words like "gani" but don't know the word "scripting" threads like this are born.
I figure there's a short pause in the gani used when you're hit and they hit this dude so fast that he can barely move.
bulls-eye chris! Besides, Morro, maybe you're some barbarian, i might be some other class. I'm level 10, k? I already have level 8 magic and physique, and lvl.9 wisdom. I said, before this hurt stuff i atleast could kill them... Even wolves take half my HP sometimes!
