This is a short little part of RC chat that someone gave me, he works on maloria.. I can't say who because I don't wanna get him or myself in trouble:

That wasn't funny at all x.x It's been used so many times by newbies on classic, it's old.

...This wasn't even supposed to be funny, I was posting what a staff gave me as an rc chat log...

Well obviously because you could careless about me or anything that has to do with me, CyberX and Stefan are different stories. The difference is that I'm a nothing and they are somethings.. Nobody cares about me, people care about them.. There is my reason, there is my back up..

It's not a big deal, and we all already know CyberX is a ***** :\

If CyberX had said such a thing to the players then you'd have a case, but if it's restricted to RC chat then it's nowhere near as objectionable.

I also think that your contact shouldn't be resending what's in RC chat... Granted, it's fairly open as far as privacy goes, but it is said between people he trusts and most likely would consider friends or good people.

I always thought that RC chat was suppose to be private among the staff of the PW...but it is being allowed to be pasted all over the forums, so I guess it is allowed unless I hear otherwise from Unixmad, I think it is wrong

Isn't posting PM history and history from the RC chat on here and showing it to others illegal? x.x

I merely said that there are no specific rules about it. Perhaps in the future some rules will be made about them, but currently there are none.

Anyways, this has no right to be here. Does it matter if they speak like that on RC? Does it affect your gameplay what so ever?

I seen something about posting history and stuff in the Code of Conduct. I'll just ask stefan to verify when I talk to him today.

It shouldn't be against the rules, but managers and staff who don't want things repeated should make it clear to their staff that things said in RC should be kept to the staff only. If they care at all....

I shouldn't be getting in trouble, the person who gave it me (who i cannot say) or CyberX should be getting in trouble... It is against the rules to use profanity.. Two years ago I got banned from a server for cussing. Using the 'A' word... No warnings at all. It isn't fair that somebody else can get away with it.. Then again, I cannot be sure it is true.. Don't flame me anyway guys. My point is right above..

Excuse me, When you are playing with other players, you may not swear.

When you are working with a team of developers who try to work their "butts" off to entertain you. Then you may use a bit of vulgar language.

"Someweirdperson" its not your position to try to get others in trouble. It shouldn't be of your concern. What do you gain from this? Nothing.
