lvl req.?
 

I'd like some opinions, opposed and for lvl req.

My personal view is anyone at a low lvl should be a citizen (Otaku) of Samurai. Citizens dont win wars, armys do. I don't think someone who just bought a gold subscription and wants to build a house should be excluded because they haven't leveled yet.

You don't need to be in a kingdom to make a house, you just need the permission of the king or other person with the "H" right to turn your house flag into a house frame.

A playerhouse is a very minor thing...

I remeber what gathering the stuff for my house was like, hehe it wasnt minor especially walking at .456 speed, man was that fun lol.

Not making a house, but once you have one, it's a minor part of the game. I remember moving at 0.1 speed :p

Just curious Joe lol, what source did you use that told you Otaku meant citizen?

Anywho , Personally i am not sure about doing level requirements again. However the Imperial guards and the crown prince tend to think we should have a level requriement of at least 6 (Elken was suggesting 10 heh)
