Does anybody know Graal's Status
 

If you don't actually know the answer to this then dont guess. And dont say 'partnership' just becuase you know of Unix and Stefan and dont know anybody else who work there.

Anyway, is Cyberjoueurs a Partnership or Private Limited Company.

Well I don't think it's a PLC as there only seems to be the two of them which would suggest that they have no shareholders.
So I think it's probally a safe bet to say that it's a partnership.

Private Limited Company (Thats LTD) anyway I was just wondering I was talking to someone about how to increase Graals income and player count.

Lol that would be funny I'm gonna buy graal stock! If I owned like half of graal I could have my own pw.

If you owns half of the shares then yes you would basically have most of the say over the company at an AGM.

when you upgrade your account... each upgrade, or whatever would be like a 'stock' and the more 'stock' you have, the more say in stuff you would get...

since Stefan, and unixmad have probably put the most into graal, they would get the most 'stock' obviousely...

anyways, i know this would never happen, but it's interesting to think about

The only way this would be worth doing would if graal became a PLC but they wouldn't as they would loose some control over the business. Also what you are on about really happens its called the 'stock exchange'

Not if it was a Private Limited Company.
That way it would be like invitation only.

Your thinking of a Public Limited Company which is what everyone else has taken PLC to stand for as well.

Why a Private Limited Company that means only the people that had some expetise in some area I suppose would be invited and that had common sense.
So with that any old Joe can't just get a hold of some shares and just be more of a hassle rather than any help.
