Hmm, Michael Heck (Mr. Bear) massed a message saying we are going to have staff improvements. I wonder what kind if improvements, and hopefully they are good, I guess we have to wait and see what happens. Post your comments about this here!

Hopefully they are good. Maybe promoting some people, I don't know how we can improve much, but Mr Bear always has ideas.
