If you don't know why, you shouldn't be making one.

well its a big world has a RP section we have a musem that shows some old things from old mithica.Its Managed by someone named Erebus and im co Manager.hes a lil busy so he asked me to do the reveiwing thigns.

Yeah well alot of people don't feel the desire to post on the forums about their projects, just look at Genesis, hahahaha.

B-O-R-I-N-G-! Sorry, but that is what I seem to see in this one. Be more definite on size. My world is probably the largest to date. The main overworld is 2048 levels. This does not include the underground tunnels plus the extra locations which are about 32x32 but those are just islands. </brag> :D

Unless you have something more than that that would be outstanding and impressive, mayhaps you go back and add in said things? RP is about to be overdone. I'm working on a full RP world and so is Konidias. Though I'm not trying to dissuade you from your goal(s), but unless you have something that will be over the top of what either Graal Kingdoms, Oasis, or Doragon Koden will have, you're probably not going to garner much.


Heh, not exactly a good idea. Getting feedback from players is always ideal. However, you're not obligated to agree and implement ;)

I know of loads of good projects in development nobody knows about. Also nobody knew about any project at one point, so it doesnt mean its crap because they have't decided to show off all their stuff before it gets online. And I prefer secret PWs as when it does get online or there is a review you think 'What?' and a more intrested when playing/reading about it.

While the intentions may be good, as I already stated its best to get a moderate amount of player feedback as you go. From there, you can decide what your target is and whom to cater best to.

As far as being crap or not, how else am I going to make a better opinion? Trivial information is given which doesn't tell me much. A large world with RP area and a museum to show of things from another PW? How interesting is that?! :\ In order for me to form a better idea of what this possibly is I need more information than what has been given. Not exactly really pointed details going over every individual detail, but a being a little more broad than what he said would've been a far cry better.

Might've even gained a positive interest from me, although unlikely. ;)

With what has been released if you can call it worthwhile, probably not. Yes, even I know that he's hiding back things, but the very least he could've done was provided something that was a little more interesting than a tribute to a dead server :p

And yes, I am being biased which I have good reason to. Other than perhaps Era, the majority of the other PWs I've seen being touted as being new (excluding Soul Blade's project ;)) are nothing more than default bull and attempts to revive dead servers.

True, that's why you must release your server.

Yes we have a site its Ura.Has.It and our board is UraBoard.Has.It and i currently ahve no screen shots of it.

Just watch this server might be very good and it will be funny to see all you people piss on your selfs.....

Yeah lol those were old sanshots I have new buildings much better and the new bodys are coming along very nice. I really wish I could show you right now so you could piss on your self. But no that time is not now but it will come very soon ;).

Just because he insulted Sans doesn't mean you have to fling into action mode and call him an ass hole. :X I don't know why, but whenever I see a manager of a PW cuss and insult people like that, it makes me think they're not exactly mature enough to handle a playerworld. I'm not saying that I don't think Sans would be good, nor that you're a bad manager, I just don't like it when a manager does something like that. :X

A lot of the managers that own these "top upcoming PWs" have seem to get stuck on themselves to much. Always saying once you SEE my pics you will bow to me.... (Not directing this to anyone).

Yet i have not seen to much to impress me. Maybe oasis, but a few screenshots doesn't insure true quality.

Heck, I've talked a lot about what I'm doing! :p Honestly, do you want to spend time on a server that otherwise appears to be a museum of things from another server? To me, its an excuse to try and revive a dead server and I'm quite tired of seeing people trying to do it too. They are dead for a reason and the community which players want will never happen again. They have to go on and make a new community of friends.

I commend the effort, but I think people ought to put more thought into what they are going to do. No more of this crap of trying to revive dead servers regardless of the method(s) (i.e. a museum). If you can't come up with a better idea then why bother? Perhaps we should pester Stefan and unixmad to create a server where people can build a "museum" of things from other servers :p Perhaps that will then satisfy people that want to revive the dead.

Notice that i did not mintion why Mithica is dead.For a fact Mithica had many people and the reason it is dead now is because the Manager at the time (Excalibur) shut it down cause he had a few bad staff AND was a GP on g2k1.to me i think that is the lamest excuse to say when you are trying to hide that you can't manage a server and want no one to take your place.I went away on vacation for 3 weeks i come back and its gone.my favorite server gone cause of a Manager that can't take ccare of his own server and wants no one to take over.I just think this is very sad.And currently his account name is zell12 if you wish to give him a lil chat.:)

Then I guess you're not very familiar with PW submission rules. I do recall that reviving dead servers is not acceptable unless you redo nearly all of the server. Otherwise, you're wasting your time. You're not going to bring back your friends of old or the community you once had. Its gone.

I care not why a server is dead. If it was abandoned without a person being apointed to take care of it, then leave it. It would just be an eyesore. ::sigh:: I do intently look forward to the new playerworld rules coming soon. It will certainly cut down on the people trying to do this.

Also, please learn how to space between your periods...its hard to read such a mish-mash of words when I don't know when I can breathe yet.
