Excal, Stereotyping is judging a group of people (Religion, Political, anything) on the actions you had with one person.

Like when 9/11 happened, American stereotyped that all Musilims were evil. But is that true? No.

It doesn't imply personal experiences; people can follow stereotypes without even meeting a member of the relevant social group.

You are judging someone without knowing them, and you do that alot. Loriel wouldn't hire idiots like that, and never would of, and probably wants them all fired anyway.

Thats only the actions and feelings he expressed over time to you, or to the public. I'm sure you know nothing of Loriel and he could even be some girl from Turkey, posing as a boy. Though that would be highly unlikely.

'Only'? Whether or not he is female in reality is completely irrelevant to my perceptions of him as a game admin. His actions as a game admin are, on the other hand, completely relevant.
