Thieves Uber 1337 Suggestion

Okay here it is.
You know those locked houses in towns, maybe make thieves able to pick houses, and maybe a new skill, Pick Locks, it would be based on mental level, and if you FAIL then your gonna have to wait 30 minutes to try again. There would possibly be a treasure inside and you can only get 1 per account wouldn't be so great..maybe 30-40 plats and a hostile NPC. Since you broke in his home.
This is another thing there is NO villagers in towns maybe thats because there in there locked homes.

If you kill the villager or steal the stuffs ppl chase you.

Agreed and I hate thieves. What did they do to you? Nothing.

I say that thieves should be able to steal from other people, but only small ammounts of plats/golds, and if someone chops you in about 15 or so seconds, you drop the coins o_O Something like that.
