Pets glitch
 

I've found a few problems with the pets.

1. If you raise them in your house then tell them to follow you they won't leave the house.

2. I had a pet squirrel that liked me 100%, I logged off for a few hours, came back on and he was perfect fine. I was hugging him and both feeding troughs were at 100% and out of nowhere he walked to the upper left corner of the house and keeled over dead.

3. I have a choupa pet now and he has a plenty of food and attention and he's giving me the skull & crossbone symbol like he's going to die.

Am I just missing something here or is this really a glitch?
And both feeders have food and water in them.

4. I just logged back on again and my 2nd pet decided he hates light so he walked out into the darkness around my house.


That's 2 pets i've lost allready in just a few hours :(

That'd be kinda hard for you to do since he was in my house and the door was locked :P

LOL i am a master lock picker :D

I had a squirl and it died on me right after it hatched, i didnt ever get a chance to feed it!

Whoevers in charge of pets

1. take them out

2. beat them into working right

3. beat them some more

4. then if they are actin right put em back in the game.

With them dieing it has something to do with the sleeping x.x
i think, because stefan enabled deep sleep and im not sure if it really stop them from needing food... he said it does...

Another glitch...wtaer put into the pet feeder is detected as food, not water. Also...my pet went into the darkness and never came back -_-

My squirrel hid in the dark too.. seems like a bad wallcheck, he jumps a little bit.. luckily he jumped all the way over to me ^_^

i've been talking to Stefan about different types of pets, if he goes through with it we should see some rather interesting ones :)

I'm not going to say any of the pets I told him to use or anything I told him that we should be able to do with pets cause I want people to be suprised and go "OMG that roxorz" when it happens, hehehehehe. :megaeek:


Also last night I found yet another glitch, I had 5 pets in my house, only one of them wasn't able to leave the house cause of the glitch.
However that glitch was since fixed and the other 4 were born outside so they were able to leave the house.
Well now I only have 2 pets left (killed the others on purpose), and neither of them are able to leave the house, they just lay around and sleep constantly.

ugh I don't WANT ANY MORE PETS!
When will the HORSE come out as a pet and you would be able to ride it!

Pets suck.every since they were added the npcserver are crashing way more

I think you should be able to ride choupas when they get to 100% :)

Do you mean ride your pet as.. "Ride" it.. or "Ride it" ... MWAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAH little half breeds..

I will say this much, if Stefan goes through with what I told him then pets will have a very advanced system of training, the way I discussed it with him would make it so no 2 pets are alike because the owner decides what to teach them to do.
Example: Sit, dig, attack, carry item, etc.

But training them wouldn't be easy because it would require items and money to train them, just like it does in real life.

Kinatt you just want to ride anything whether it be animal vegitable or mineral :P

and don't you forget it either!

Lets see, pet is bron on main, comes to Zormite, stays in friends house, Stefan 'fixes' pet system.. pet cant leave friends house. So I get ANOTHER squirrel, well this one goes to sleep and dies :|.. literally, I left him in my house, I came back, nudged him, he wakes up, and frickin dies. Third pet! Buy him, he freezes, sits in water for 20 min (after he was at 90%) and decides to hate me. :|

Dont worry we all sit in the water and hate you (jk)
hence the reason why i dont got a pet yet
