Wouldnt it be cool if you could improve your wand??kinda like IWD for sorcerers =D
I know alot of sorcerers would like that and it would be nice to have a strong weapon for once....just an idea

Possibly just adding stats on it or magic.

That would be nice, maybe some status effects too.

Making it so infinately charged rods could be used more often or getting a regular rod and choosing the spell that would go on it (infinately charged or not) would be good :)

That'd be cool. Wands max at 50 charges, but you can buy another Fireball Wand with 25 charges to add to your old Fireball Wand with 14 charges, combine them to get a Fireball Wand with 39 charges...

a wand that makes you cast faster or spells stronger....

how about a new item.
An item,a Mana Stone it would be infused with mana and you could add it to your wand to give it more charges. So it owuldnot be to waste.
Mana stone would not cost alot x.x. Yet stefan would probally make it 10301903-19-03 plat ... because nothing is balenced

I know this is an old thread, but I couldn't find anyone to answer my question in game. How do you use wands/rods? I have a rod of magic bullet. I also have the regular spell. I can't figure out how to have my character use the rod spell instead of my spell. I am trying to avoid using up mana.

Wield the wand, then press S - do not cast any spell, it only casts the spell from inside it if it's freshly equipted.

you know, you can recharge those wands, get a scroll of charging, mark your wand and use the scroll! but sometimes it makes your wand explode...
