how do convert an non-graal png in an graal png
 

i want the png to be able to show up in graal but it wont, i tried saving it as an 16 bit bmp and save it as an png than but that made it lose color so how do i save it than

do you guys know what i mean i made something in plain old paint and saved it as an png but it wont show up in graal how do i fix this

Save with palette colors (16 or 256 colors mostly).

ty i had almost no color lose with the 265 one ty

You could save as a gif, most animation programs have a way to lower the colors to 256 and still have the image look fine. I use animagic to save my bmp's as gif's and then I use the gif to mng program that comes with Graal to make my gif's into png's (just open the gif with the mng program or drag the gif on top of the mng program)

If you're using Photoshop, use the "Save for Web" option and use PNG-8. It'll reduce it to 256 colors, while still keeping them somewhat close to what you had.
