PR Admin (Player Relations)

Maybe GK should get a PR admin to be the police, faq and such. This person should also beable to contact stefan when the npc-server is down. Should report bugs to stefan, and people whose accounts need restored and why. Maybe have some low rights, like warpto and warpplayer. Give me some feed back.

Admins on GK is evil
Along with admin powers
a More suitable RP fashionable name and ability would work out =)
(A spell that summons a portal briefly, that can only be cased once every day or so)

It seems that the Graal Island has no government .. perhaps this PR Admin could be the caretaker of the island? It would fit well with the whole RP atmosphere, and having a portal instead of a person appearing near you with "warpto accountname" would be quite nifty. I have no objections to this. Good idea. :)
