Why are you arguing with what Kai has done.
If she is sharing an account then she deserves banned and I'm sure he wouldn't just ban someone for the sake of it, he must have some sort of evidence.
And telling him, or anyone else who has posted in this thread that the rules need to be changed is useless as the rule was made by Unix and I doubt he will change it ever.

That account was just registered like one day ago, with no previous history on the boards. How could it have been possibly shared?

Just because Kuza claimed to make the account are you going to take his word for it? What if I claimed to make *insert account name here*, would you ban them too?

Not that I want to take part in this arguement, but it is possible that the account was already used ingame by someone else than the person who just used it on the forum.
