Mass Message Banning

RCs should have the ablity to lets say "mute" someone, for example a stupid little kid who lost tourney and wants rematch so he starts massing, you can mute him allow him to only send message. The player will be told after a <Correct Time> if you do this again jail and mute.

ehh.. what do you think no-pm jail is for?

And the main reson things like that and ignore is there, is due to RC being a program for Admins. And what use is it if everyone is on their ignore list? And that person really needs to PM the RC. And before you say PM account, thats not the point.

Not all servers have no pm jail...I think "muting" pms with it would be good.
