Looking for 1-2 Excellent Level Makers
 

As you know, im working on a server with Snakeandy and Wan. The server should be ready to send in, in about 9-10 days. Thats not an exact time, just an estimate. The levels are all done on the main server part, but we could do with 1-2 LATs as we are developing the extension (other islands etc).

Some people can make great levels but their style could be the complete opposite of your servers.

I say that because I saw some levels of Wan, and they're not good. They're pretty bad actually. He just puts random tiles together. I wouldn't have said that if he wasn't such an idiot. But, he was.. so I stated it. ;) I suppose you have a problem with that.

snakeandy is pretty good, he's good at insides.

From what i've seen of your levels, Wan is better than you at making levels so you shouldn't be saying stuff like that.

You've seen some of my levels. I don't post all of them, otherwise i'd be hypocritic. So, yeah. ;) I have seen alot of his levels, aside from his little "Hangout" in doomsday. So, yeah.. You dunno what you're talking about.

edit- I'll admit, most of his outside levels are pretty nice, but his inside levels are bad. Alot of his outside levels use too much detail,and too much everything. He uses too many tiles that are not supposed to be used outside.

Who said Wan was making levels?
I don't see it anywhere.

Uhmm, he does, I would know, I was a LAT on the server NingNong speaks of (eXodia). He is quite good, more motivated than me (since I'm just getting back into the level editing part). But I think SnakeAndy is better, I don't know, though.

I now them both.

Snakeandy is the better one, but wan is learning faster then Snakeandy is.

i don't know what i'm talking about? i said FROM WHAT I"VE SEEN...maybe you should read, i never said i saw all ur levels but i am willing to bet he makes better levels then you.

I want to get a few things straight

2) Wan does not suck at making levels, he's is in fact very leet.
3) Snake + Wans levels are equally good
4) I dont make levels, Im the scriper.

Also, I didn't create this thread for people to put others down. It was a simple announcement "Hiring for Exodia"; not intrested then dont bother saying anything, that way no arguments break out.

Lots of people do, though not always for very long and not ever very effectively. I could name three people in that thread alone that argued against me.

They don't last very long, because an Admin comes along and locks the post; in which case you use your "mod" powers to post over the lock to achieve the final word, in hence winning..

And how many times have you seen this happen? And why do you put quotation marks around the word 'mod'? Who are you quoting, and why?

In any case, the situation did not arise by my design; I had no intentions for the thread to be closed. In the circumstances either you or I could've had the last word, and I chose it to be me for various reasons. If nothing else, I felt it necessary to post in defense of the forum's protocols so as not to let your ill-considered bile go unchecked.

Uhm usually, arguments surround an object/fact/statement and therefore, "winning" is out of the subject, and just because you're "standing up to Kai" right now, doesn't mean he will actually "achieve the final word" via the means you've explained. (Hence how I quote you alot, to teach you when to do it?).

That depends. Winning in any sport requires the participants to play by the rules, or accept the judgement of a third party. After all, if I scream that the ball was out in tennis and we never agree either way then the point can never be given. In arguments you are usually considered to have lost if the opponent successfully proves you wrong, or you surrender. Sure, that can't always happen if you refuse to accept that you're wrong or there's nobody to provide external judgement, but usually people have enough sense to see that they're taking a beating and withdraw.
