Sword Sheathes

I think that you should have a sword sheath on your person, so you draw and put it back in there istead of a backpack, and it should rust if you leave it out not being used for too long

Having a rusty sword for leaving it out too long? Thats quite a suggestion. I don't like it. Defeats the purpose of having a sword that is made of fire and it can rust. Or a Diamond blade that rusts.

But then that adds to the quality of the sword. Actually it's a good idea, every time you log off any metal weapons kept not inside a sheeth have a 10% of rusting. Let's say rusting makes it -3 damage but can be restored by say polishing it or using remove curse.

I don't like that idea since if its in your bag or inventory, it will get wet and wear down just as much if it was out. Actually, its worse since th cloth will keep the sword from drying.

stainless steal doesn't rot either =P

Stainless-steel will acquire some surface rust but will not rust completly through the steel.
