How about a hopsital like magic shop, with a medic inside that preforms cleric based skills for money. Would be nice having something always availible, even if the prices are higher than what could be expected from players.

Services Like:

Diognosis-5 platinum coin
Shows you all the diseases and problems you have.

Cure-15 platinum coin
Cures any disease you may have, either illness or no food related health problems.

Remove Curse-30 platinum coin
Self explanatory.

Restore-100 platinum coin
Restoration spell.

I reccomend a feature for Alchemists to make potions ad then sell them to Hospitals O.o
