Posting every single one of your two bit levels is spamming. He just wanted to get his post count up. He flooded the forums etc, etc.. Let me rephrase.

PART of the reason he was banned was because of putting every single one of his levels up. So Yeah, he was.

There is nothing else about posting levels.
If you want,you can show you work and tell people to rate it,you will get better when you do that,because you will fix what's wrong and dont do it again. ^_^
