please post any that you know that aren't listed here, now i know that to greedy people like you that's a hard thing to do, that's why i've got some motivation for you
i have a cookbook for Potion of Health (i assume that means it raises constitution) and a few others, now if you people post some of your recepies then i'll post how to make a potion of health once i get to a high enough mental level to read it (the others are sword of Gnag, Potion of Resist Paralisys, and Potion of Resist something else[i forget what it is])

And what is your Mental level? I'd like to be able to read this one recipe I've got, but... level 6 Mental won't do it for me.

well i got another account a little bit ago, had that one be a scorcerer and restarted the alchemest one as a priest so my highest mental level is currently 1 (god damn exp loss) but i plan to do a lot of potion making once i build a house

3 piles of cinnabar makes mercury :P. Oh and that healing one... nice! ^.^ now I can actually make money off of feet! I'll try to post a good formula if I find one because of that ^.^

does it make more than one like salt, sulphur, etc. does?

So far, I've only produced one.... and I don't think you have to identify it.

It's not profitable. You spend nearly as much for 1 cinnabar as you make from 1 mercury, so.... no profit.

So is Mineral Oil.

I make profit from Philosophical Oil (made from 7 Mineral Oil). Then again, I have 16 Charm (after the Charisma spell), so....

I dont know any potions yet...
But
If you lay a diamond and cast alchemy on it then it turns to 6 gold nuggets.
Good if you need nuggets for Balm of First Aid I guess :]

There is some recipe that turns somethign else into money, not sure what though.

I'm not risking 20 plat on phosphours though, thats alot ;-(

Phosphorus is a GOOD money-maker. At 16 charm I spend just over (I think) 30 plat on phosphorus, and say I produce 3 piles of phil. pho. I get like 45-50 plat back, and 3 piles is a low turnout for me. So usually 60+plat, which means 30+ plat profit.

Rinse your cauldron out first by making Water of the Wise. Maybe it's just a superstition but I think it helps avoid getting slag. :)

Zen, would you be able to tell us how exactly to make this? If you do then I'll burn the books for days if I have to so I can get the recepie for a regular helmet.

What mental levels are you guys... I can get from 4-7 pile of philo. for the 7 pile of regular. i just got 7 philo. phos. from 7 normal *dances*
