Level building talent... We need more of it... We are running dry around here, there aren't enough good level people to go around... Any suggestions?

More tutorials maybe?? I don't know, or how about taking some apprentices and really working with them??

how about the good level makers make a level and post it in a thread so new level makers can look at the levels and see how to make good levels

because.

most have gotten lazy.

lol, who puts up every level they make? I mean really, holding control AND pushing 2...thats just ridiculous, I've got much more important stuff to do like eat or watch tv.

So we need a quick fix that requires no work what-so-ever on my behalf...

Techinically I could post a whole whack of levels I've done, that is, if you guys think they're good enough. ;P

or just make a thread where every one can post their levels they want too.

The only way to learn anything, is with help, or a lot of hard work.

The blame my friends is yours as much as theirs. I suggest some sort of bizarre levels academy. That you as 'Leet' level makers can teach other players that you wish to incorporate in various playerworld developments or things of the like.

With a little effort on your behalf, there can be more good level makers. Maybe even enough to go around.Although there is another probable contributing factor. Why be a LAT when you can be a GP?.

You get more respect from the players, you don't really have to do anything.. and conversely you could do a lot of work, get no respect.. And be constantly evaluated on a performance basis. For those outside the know, it's really an easy choice.

yea i have to agree... on MOST servers, not all but most, normal LAT's don't get that much respect, and they are worked harder than a lot of other staff....

Well, you mean a GOOD lat is hard to find. Any new person would assist to make levels, even if they suck at it or not. All the good ones either quit, or don't make levels much any more, or are already hired.

I'd much rather be a LAT than a GP, GPs don't do anything, I want to do something for graal.
