Houses
 

Here are some basic rules for houses (when they come out) for the time being. We're working on another system, but please follow these rules until then.

-You can only build a house in Dustari if you are a member (there are hotels set aside for Ambassadors and such)

- You need to ask either me or Aftershock if you wish to build a house.

-You may only build houses in designated areas

-No stealing other peoples houses

-You cannot destory other people's houses. If you do, you will be punished

-If a house is found that has not been approved, then the owner will be subject to punishment.

When houses come out, please follow these rules to keep Dustari beautiful ^_^ Thanks! :D

And will you tell us were the designated area? My RP character wouldn't build a house near others...

I need permission to build a house.... like pretty soon.... and a place to put it

Don't worry - you don't need one in the middle of the city. But we don't want houses sprawling all over -_- Just ask me, and I'll tell you where you can build it. The right places haven't really been set up offically, but I have a pretty good idea.

I need Aftershock around to approve the building rights because he has the 'K' right.

I just came on when house building came online. I'll talk with arwen ASAP about building locations and everything else, then we'll start giving out deeds. I gave arwen the "K" right so she can approve location too if by chance I am not online.

First thing I hope we can do is maybe make a small playerhouse town, then begin building the university place.

Can I be the leader of the first playerhouse place once I get my account restored? or is it taken already?

Not really a church, but may be we could attach an image in the front of the house (a cross) ?

In my opinion... I think the tileset that we start with is really bad compared to the others and It makes me feel like im living in a hole.
